Did you splatter the mirror? Those are the most satisfying. Mine was on the back of my ear, so I didn't get that satisfaction.

The best thing is to boost your immune system by taking zinc tablets every day. I hardly get them since I've been taking zinc
Mr Cinds gets them, but strangely not on his mouth, he gets them between his eyebrows, usually brought on by stress.

I just started a regime of supplements too but i suffered from cold sores all my life wether i been very health consious or not
