Damn! That wasn't supposed to happen
I go up and down like a yoyo. At my chubbiest at the moment, quite smoking, put on a stone, started smoking again. Bought that personal trainer thing for the wii last night, I can't move today. Suppose to be doing the 30 day plan thing, lasted one day.

Hey well done Meat!
Don't get me wrong peeps, I'm not fat - not that that there's anything wrong with that as such but it's just protruding. I'd post a pic if I could. No I wouldn't
Meat, well done. But you must be doing something other then the gym. I go 5 times a week and cant shift a pound. Pretty depressing.

You're probably gaining muscle, which weighs heavier than fat.

Im having around 1500 kcal per day. Cereal in morning, lunch i would have a sandwhich perhaps and for dinner i would have anything except takeaways

I don't think so Max is 2500 for men. If you want to lose weight it really needs to be below 2000. Most of the time people just eat because their bored I used to do it alot... going through a full bottle of coke in a day and just munching on quavers
