I had put on alot of weight just over a year agoSmiler Used to be doing well as i took part in alot of rugby, then i had broken my leg in florida three days in, then had depression for couple of months and managed to get help. I now have a personal trainer and im at the gym twice a week. Was 17st, as i put on alot of weight when i broke my legFrowner Now at 15st after 2 months, look and feel alot better. And i still not finished yetSmiler

Yup im doing Horticulture at college. Alot of practical work and sometimes do it all day in the sun. Alot of lifting work and really does do alot Nod Also depends alot on what you eat. Im having around 1500 kcal per day. Cereal in morning, lunch i would have a sandwhich perhaps and for dinner i would have anything except takeaways Nod

I don't think so Smiler Max is 2500 for men. If you want to lose weight it really needs to be below 2000. Most of the time people just eat because their bored Nod I used to do it alot... going through a full bottle of coke in a day and just munching on quaversBig Grin
