Yup im doing Horticulture at college. Alot of practical work and sometimes do it all day in the sun. Alot of lifting work and really does do alotAlso depends alot on what you eat. Im having around 1500 kcal per day. Cereal in morning, lunch i would have a sandwhich perhaps and for dinner i would have anything except takeaways
