Four years and you'll get it back
You're so grumpy vids ... it's brilliant (the sun, not you being grumpy)
I'm with you grumpy. Let's have some proper weather. Blowing a gale and 8 degrees.
yeah... its doing my head in too!
I have forbidden the fan we have going in the living room to be put on oscillate... I have it pointing at me... am being a fan hog and I don't care!
Looks like its gonna be another unbearably hot, sticky, humid night as well!

I know I could google, but my daughter said I should get one and can't think where.
I like heat.
What I don't like about it is wanker neighbours walking around like Luke S.

argos have them
I got a fan for my desk at work today, from Tesco, was a value on and it only cost ÂĢ13!
does the trick! (though there is a bit of self assembly required initially)

oooh.. we have one like that!
the bloke next door! His top comes off in April and doesn't go back on til October.
I wouldn't mind so much but he is in his 70's! its all grey chest hair, and belted slacks pulled up high!

No it's not
It is, it's fab
My son and I were drinking Pimms in the garden at 5pm yesterday - we'd never have done that in the rain!!

Thanks ditty. I don't mind the fiddly bits.
Edited, thanks slinki.

That's because you're not meant to
What a sight
I bet that's what my neighbours are saying about me sunbathing topless!!
However, in my defence, we are only overlooked by one lot of neighbours and they had their garden landscaped in the spring, which raised it up by a foot or so.
So if they can now look over and see me it's their problem
We've been in the attic tonight Cologne, and got our fans out ... they usually stay out for a week or so before the bad weather starts again!

I must admit that I've been walking around the house 'like Luke S' for most of the day. Too hot to wear a shirt!

I was thinking of getting one tiny one, but I'd get fed up holding it up. I'm having one hot flush after another.

Im even grumpier in this kind of hot weather.
I work on the upper floor of a tin roofed barn! (badly converted)... the wall of heat hits you as you come up the stairs... its really horrible.
However, I found with a chuffing great fan on my desk, pointing at my face, on speed level 3, it was much better
its not so much a tin roofed barn, as a corrugated metal roofed barn
Oh wow! no the wonder you're hot
its nice and cool here in Nottingham
and i think is going to get cooler tomorror
Your lucky, im down south, it's like an oven here.

I lived in a converted barn for 5 years. None of this keeping out the cold in winter and keeping out the heat in summer. Despite the 2 foot walls, it was freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer.

yeah... that's about right... tis freezing in the winter, & roasting in the summer.
Even worse.. the bosses wife has a rose business, and part of it is selling dried rose petals.. the drying room is downstairs, underneath us...
THEY HAVE THE HEATING ON DOWN THERE!!!! To dry the petals (& lavender - it smells like Nana knickers down there!!)

Demand to have your place of work moved.......you'll collapse with the heat if not
(Somewhere close to the birds so you can keep an eye on them)
I don't mind this weather, its summer after all. Much better than the Autumn weather we've had over the last few months.
I like having my bedroom window open all night and not closing to curtains (don't worry no-one can see in ), and lying on top of my bed in just my kecks... sometimes nothing at all
I love it. I love the summer... when its hot.

But think of us hay fever sufferers. We can't do that

the birds are just outside the barn... including the doves..
I moan about it.. but we are in the middle of the most breath taking countryside - I love it really (apart from when its really really hot & they put the heating on downstairs)
