I love good, strong cheese - I opted for the cheese board when we went out last night (I just wanted a little taste of each as I am dieting). The blue, brie, goat and cheddar were divine but one little piece was bleugh - called Oxford Isis. DISGUSTING - it was like one of the eating challenges in the jungle. Mr Woo had a taste and said it tasted like Poo (quite how he knows is beyond me) but we nearly got chucked out of the place as we were all laughing so loud and hard.

Has anyone else tasted it?

No, never, particularly as I am not a strong cheese fan. I actually bought some cheese for the first time in years yesterday. It's mild, very mild.

The funny thing is - you just have to try it don't you? I do anyway - I do love (most) cheese,

Have just googled it, sorted out where to buy it, and will get some when some foodie friends come to dinner in a couple of weeks.

I will report back then

Do you not like your friends? It's DISGUSTING

I almost want to try it now - but Brie or Camembert is about as exotic as i'll go.

I eat most cheeses but I wouldn't eat that again. Mr woo is a human dust bin - there's not much he won't eat and he was most definite that it tasted of poo God knows how he'd know that

He was never a holiday rep in Kavos was he?

(You probably had to watch 'what happens in Kavos' to get that reference)

I could live with that ...........mushy peas aint all they're cracked up to be in spite of what Lori says.

I'm sure she's not envisaging her encounter with him over a fish fryer though - although if he has timing issues that could be problematic.
