I agree Fairfax and Cologne... but I think it gives us a better idea into their *real* personalities, and speaking for myself, it feeds into my judgements as to who I like, and who I don't...

Maybe he did something that annoyed her?, Rachel must have seen it on TV and maybe her perceptions of some which she saw on the TV had changed her perception once in the house.
