FF is easy enough.
Press reply first,
Highlight the bit you want to quote
Click "" button ......and there you have it.

Suzi, I'm using FireFox too and have not experienced any noticible problems, so I'm wondering if the difference could be down to possibly using a different version number.

Growly I can't quote your post (lol) but agree with you. Personally I'm not stressed at all by not being able to quote, not stressed either about what colour theme etc. The hosts/Admin/Mods do a great job here, much better than C4 ever did, which is more important overall and I appreciate that. And editing to add I'm not going looking for another browser as I'm happy with IE and know this is a temporary glitch for IE users like me

Now that hasn't been working properly until today on FF.....but it seems to be now

Kaytee, I've been using FF for a while now and have had no problem quoting since this new set-up was rolled out. The only difference for me being that previously you highlighted then opened the reply box, now I open the reply box, then highlight, then click the 'quote' button.

Exactly how it is and was for me, Fluffy.   (I prefer it the old way but hey-ho).

Oh so theres a problem with quoting on IE.. i've got Google Chrome but don't use that because i'm too attached to IE so will have to wait.

I preferred it that way too, but you do start getting used to it. Haven't quite perfected it yet though.

IE and Safari too Darlo, but it's been reported and they're working on it.
