I've seen so many people do this with jeans but I realised last night he does it with his PJ bottoms as well

Apparantly that hangy down trouser thing comes from men in the US who have been in prison having to remove their belts in case of harming themsleves,then when they come out its a signal to others of their perceived machismo...I leant that from the Steve Wilcos show......
