My feet are swelling, being fair skinned I cant sit out in the sun, my plaster cast on my wrist is just itching and itching, its muggy here not really sunny, then my husband came home at teatime with one of those pack of ice cubes you can get and put them in the washing up bowl and I have had my feet in them for the last 5 hours and its the coolest I have been for ages!!
Its going to be even hotter here next week (28/30). I do like it, but really wish it would get colder at night as I am finding it really difficult to sleep at the moment, and in fact find myself dozing off in the day time and then being awake for most of the night.
