He's never upfront, he's a snake. He's interested in winning at any cost. He'll say all kinds of things about others, but he'll always look well on himself. If he says something bad he'll say it's just because he was in an angry mood or that he was provoked, but he won't look at it that way with anyone else. If Charlie does something it's just a joke (such as making fun of some disability in the X Factor joke), if someone else does something Charlie makes sure it's deadly serious and a huge event.
