dont worry, now you have confessed to us, your cleansed...go and spend forthwith
hope i didnt serve you ............ if i do that i get it took out my wages i is extra vigilant
It will still be ok to go back tomorrow to give back the £4, £4 won't make much difference to you but might point out that an error was made rather than one of the staff was stealing from the till.
I feel ok now sue my daughter said i was sad
it wasn't £4 though blue
just noticed you said he i wish i could pint this and show my know all never makes a mistake
colleague
colleague
lol print ............. see i admit mistakes
You are right Aimee it was £10, even worse. Please give it back next time you are there, you never know if the person serving you has had to cover that loss or any other mistakes he may have made today.
blue you are confusing me i spent £12 and paid with a £20 and got £18 change so i think it's £18 change too much *i give up*

It was a tenner too much Aims. It's a difficult one as you don't know whether the till operator will get into trouble for it. I wouldn't feel sorry for the shop though if it is a chain store.
You've been really skint lately as well with the job situation so I would just look on it as an early Christmas present hun and enjoy having a little something extra

Its £10 too much Aimee...you should have been given £8 change
Spent 12
Gave 20
20-12=£8 That's what your correct change should have been, £8. You were given £18, if you keep your £8 the other £10 is what you need to return.:-) I can't get the smiley box up.

Oh good lord.... her spelling's worse than her maths.
Besides, it's not like the shop are gonna reward you with a free gift for your honesty are they? It's not like Crimewatch where if you grass someone up you get a few grand like.
Not only that, by returning the money they might be able to pinpoint the employee who served you and as a result they may get the sack and there's Christmas coming up and there'd be no presents from said recently sacked employee and lets cut the bullshit I'm just trying to justify it for you so you dont feel guilty.

I edited my typo extra quick just then.
it's a local shop to me madamski and they are forever charging you the wrong prices for things and when you point it out they go *i don't understAand you*
Oooh I have a local shop like that Aimee. Special offers that mysteriously disappear at the till.
thanks karma *tucks tenner down bra*
Madamski, some restaurant, if the customer leaves without paying take out their loss from the waiter or waitress's wages. My local Pizza Hut's staff are always chasing people up the road. I feel so sorry for them.
Last summer I was there when a bunch of kids legged it, the poor waiter looked so upset. As i went pass the table which was left uncleared I noticed a mobile phone on the floor. I was giving it back to the waiter when one the kids came back looking for her Mobil, eventually they all came back in and paid their bill.

When I try to quote my cursor wont click outside the quoted box and it's really getting on my norks.
Anyway, I digress. Aimee if the attitude of staff and management are that bad then stuff em!
Thats my feeling ducky they had vimto on offer at 69p and i watched the till, he rang it up at £1.99
