they have taken Emmerdale off. Great Prince William is engaged - congrats to him and all that but do we really need this level of media coverage - God only knows what it will be like when they actually get married.

Excessive media coversage really irritates me!
I suppose they think it's what the people want. It is kinda big news.....not for me but there are some out there who think the monarchy are what Britains all about. I bet it's news all over the world. No matter what we think they are big news and a real crowd puller for the tourists

It's not butter?
Think it's more the fact all of the TV channels want to be there with the exclusive footage that's been non stop ALL fekking day.

Whilst I think it's nice news and I lke a bit of pomp and we might have a national holiday to look forward to - the coverage is a bit excessive.
I'm watching it but they are just repeating the same thing over and over.
Also, BBC News have a woman standing outside Buck Palace - freezing - and asking random passers by what they think.
Bit much.

Makes me pleased that I have to go to work all day - actually think that was better than siting at home listening to the same stuff over and over.
I'd laugh if after all this kerfuffle she tells him it's off
Also, have to say I'd be a bit miffed if he gave me that engagement ring as well. Yes I know it was Diana's and all that but I think it's a bit ming

You have a point, and I guess she could always get rid a few years down the line when she's entitled to a few bob Awww I wish them the best cos they look happy (couldn't put up with the way they speak though - especially her - plum well and truly wedged up that backside) but I just imagine the Windsor household to be full of pretence and formalities. I mean you'd be scared to fart wouldn't you for fear of getting your head lopped off. And curtseying to the mother-in-law and all that gubbins, let alone having to show your face at all the functions and be forced to spend Christmas at the same place every year. Having to speak properly and no McDonalds drive-thru sloppy nights in. That'd do my noggin in. She's brave

Is she gonna be a baby making machine too?
Hopefully he's learnt a few lessons from his mothers life and will choose a wife he loves and treat her how she deserves to be treated and not how his granny thinks she should
Do the allin ones have an opening backflap?
