Well to be honest I was geting a bit bored of you singing nursery rhymes about the place anyway....and the stories about what your My Little Ponies were getting up to were, frankly, tedious
Seriously BB...why are you too young???
I didn't know anyone could here me singing!
I don't know what happened. I had trouble trying to register a few days ago, I kept getting all sorts of errors and then I gave up when the registration page got all jumbled and everything was superimposed on top of each other making it impossible to read.
I tried again this morning after chatting with Lori about it and the same thing happened. Error messages, and a jumbled up page. I kept trying and I thought I'd cracked it.
Then I got a message saying members have to be 14 years and older to join. I must be well into my second childhood.
Would you like to hear my stories about my big horses instead of my little pony stories?

Only if you are prepared to listen to tales of how i'm often woken up by horses banging their willies on the stable doors at 4 in the morning
You have to specify a date of birth during the registration process. If you specify something that puts you under 13 years old, then you can't register.
If you entered the wrong date, just clear your cookies.
Feel free to post screenshots of the "jumbled" pages you are seeing. We've heard no reports of any jumbling for anyone else. What web browser (and version) are you using?

can you see me now? Am I locked in or out!

Please don't complicate things even more than they are already!
I don't know how to clear my cookies. Doesn't that mean I will be logged out of everything everywhere? I tried to put the right dob in but there was printing over the boxes and I couldn't see what I was doing very well.
I'm using IE browser, I assume it's the latest one because the lappy is quite new and it does automatic updates on everything. How do I find out which version it is?
I don't know how to do screenshots. The jumbled up page is a common occurance for me and often some page content is left off. Is this because I have my screen resolution set lower than normal because of my poor eyesight? That makes everything on the screen bigger for me so I can read some websites comfortably.

Thank goodness mine were all mares. But one had a habit of breaking out of her paddock and walking around my house looking for her breakfast, clippety-clopping on the flagstones and waking us all up.

I didn't see that but my pop-up blocker blocked something. I didn't bother checking it to find out what it was.

Yes I get the night mares too
I've also had a horse go mental and kick the electricity meter box clean off my front wall

When I regged it was rather jumbled. The red print was half covering the boxes we needed to fill in. It took me several goes to get it right.

Hmmm...And here's me just a few months past my 2nd birthday...oh dear.
I may have to use my official birthday instead...
The registration page was jumbled for me too. The questions were half in the boxes your replies were supposed to go in.
Managed to do it in the end, though I don't know if I will be using anything but the forum.

Odd...
I just logged in to the Livecloud thing, and looked at the profile they have for me.
There are about a dozen pictures on there...I don't recognise any of them, and I didn't put them there.
Does this mean that "my" profile is available for anyone to add things to? And if so, what else can they do to it?
I'm feeling very relieved that I haven't put any personal information (apart from my DOB, which is required, apparently)up over there...

I wouldn't mind so much if they were my dodgy pics ...but I don't want just anyone's.
I have a reputation to maintain, y'know...

The page was jumbled when I registered, but it was just possible to click the right boxes.

Doesn't fill you full of confidence does it?
where is this
I've struggled just to get reinstated on this forum. I kept getting messages about having to verify my email address but never received the verification emails from them to do it. I've been locked out for ages
Now I see there is some other registration process to go through but I don't know where to go to get started with that. Help!
If you have to put your DOB in I hope it isn't revealed for the world to see. That's how identity theft takes place
This is all very unsettling and confusing

You don't need to re-register, if you're on here, you're registered on there automatically. Just use the login page. When you log in, the page might come up again, with a space for your passsword, ignore that, you should be all verified. The livecloud.com link at the bottom takes you to the home page.
Then click on here http://forum.hoop.la/ to find the forum.
You will find the feedback forum here http://support.livecloud.com/d...m/109928988063302472 lots of FMs and lots of helpful advice
I did all that then signed out and can't get back in
Thanks for that Fracas
There is also a link to a group which is acting as a forum, until we go over there properly. Courtesy of hoochie, so you may want to give this a go http://forum.hoop.la/forum

SNAP! When I saw this I thought I'd best check. It just asks for your password twice thenclears it when you hit login. There is no option to go to the home page from there.

This happened to be a few times and I found that I had to go and clear cookies/temporary files and try logging in again ....
