Yes Sophie is a bully. She was part of the group that bullied and belittled Freddie. She may not have said things to his face but she was complicit in it and said plenty of things about him to others, including laughing to Bea when Freddie was really upset and distraught and saying that he would probably be banging his head against a wall. What word would you use to describe someone who so obviously enjoys someone's distress?

She supported and agreed with bullies, just because she didn't verbally bully Freddie herself does not mean that she wasn't part of it. Do you condone her laughing at Freddie's obvious distress after Bea had crushed him? Did you think it was okay for her to say that Freddie would be banging his head against a wall, complete with the action of banging her head back?

You said that you wouldn't call what she did bullying. I was asking what you thought of the examples I gave you and was demonstrating that she was complicit and encouraging of people that bullied Freddie, ergo she was a bully too. She didn't try to stop it, in fact she was stirring things potentially making things worse.

I am glad that you agree that what she said was wrong, even if you don't agree that makes her a bully.

3 Weeks out of the BB house this is what Freddie thinks of Sophie:

quote:
I thought I would come and tell you Freddie and his friend Ravi have made a vid.,discussing who might win and what Freddie thinks of them. He really likes Sophie and thinks that she is possibly going to win.

I'm sure a shit-stirring **** on an internet forum will not change his mind either.

Smiler
Cold Sweat
If sophie is guilty of anything...it is of being weak and easily led when she joined the house....she is only just out of school, still lives at homeand has never had a proper job....so none of her behaviour surprised me.

But....once the dregs got evicted she had to sink or swim....and she swam....she has done well and learnt a lot.

I see your point. Nod And welcome, Wave even if is the last day. Wink

I've supported Freddie from the start and still do, Wink but I think Sophie is a follower. And yep she has been cruel when the stronger lot were in there with her (Kris, Mad Karly Roll Eyes and Lisa Mad) but she has since calmed down, even though she has also since, had her moments. Roll Eyes

Don't get me wrong, she's still smart enough to know what she is doing, and probably even smart enough to play the game. Nod Confused Big Grin But she's been nothing compared to the three ^ mentioned, IMO.

PS. It's te last day on here and I'm going wild with the smilies. Big Grin Ninja

Sophie is not all sweetness and light. She's in a 'business' full of b1tches and backstabbers, so she's no way as green as she's cabbage looking. She adapts her personality, to suit whoever she's hanging around with at the time, Kris was nasty, and not once did she disagree with anything he said! She's thick, but she's not as naive as some think she is! TBH they both deserve each other. Laugh

I like Sophie now, hanging around with Siavash has made her a better person. I do agree with Frillyfrog, her behaviour was bullying, to stand and condone an active bully, is just as bad as any bully. Whilst I don't think Sophie is malicious at heart, Sophie did not have have the strength of character to recognise the situation and see it for what it was, she went along possibly from fear of being bullied herself.
