NO she wasn't.
Poor old dear was reluctant at the door and you could see that the harness was loose on her, so how the hell didn't any of them notice. There's a jump master on every lift who is supposed to check the harness before they leave the plane.
I'm surprised she didn't die of fright, poor thing
