Alright guys..this made my brain hurt last night when I was in the pub.
Three guys get a bill for their meal at a restaurant for £25.00. They each only have a £10.00 note. So they each give the waiter a tenner. He comes back with five £1 coins for change, they say keep two pounds as a tip and they each take a pound back. Now this means that they have each spent £9 right? they each put a tenner in and got £1.00 back. So altogether they spend 3 x £9.00 = £27.00 right? plus the £2 tip which the waiter took means £27.00 + £2 = £29.00....where has the mysterious £1 vanished to ?
