How to post pictures: click New>>Photo Album>>you will see a space to browse to the photos on your computer. Upload as many as you want, and add captions/titles, then click submit. Other members will then be able to comment just like a normal thread, and the photos will be viewable either as a slideshow or singly.

Making pics smaller is not something we can control through the standard [img] tags.
If you wish to post an image that's huge, copy it into a graphics program, resize it and then host it with one of the image hosting sites (or find a smaller version
).
Alternatively, using the photo album option which Rosemary mentioned in this post and which several people have already discussed in the above posts, 'may' enable images to be resized within the photo album but don't quote me on this yet
Remember, if single images generally use the [img] option. For multiple pictures as a new thread use the album option
