Agree with everyone at all times. This will entail agreeing with two people who disagree but as long as you agree with both of them neither will consider you part of a mysterious clique. If other people disagree with you, agree with them then disagree with yourself. In doing so, you will be showing you are open to the opinions of others.

Never agree with anyone who agrees with you when you are disagreeing with somebody else. This is 'ganging up on people'. Instead, tell the person openly that you have seen your error and now agree with them and send a PM to the other person indicating that you also agree with them. This avoids friction and keeps everyone happy.

I hope this simple set of rules will make for a happier more harmonious forum experience in which everyone agrees with everyone else, even the people they disagree with. No, don't thank me, I just want everyone to be happy.

Prom - move it on please. It is sooooo boring. All this is doing is stirring it up again.

@Harley - the person who claimed to be bullied is more than capable of sticking up for herself as that vitriolic rant proved yesterday,I have never read anything so spiteful and bitter in my life and it rightfully got pulled.
If someone is able to write with such venom then it is doubtful that they were "bullied". I do not think anyone ever responded to her in that tone so why she felt the need to go off on such a rant heaven only knows.
AS someone who actually has felt victimised on another forum, I can assure you that the last thing you ever want to do is draw attention to the fact.  So you quietly leave. No fuss, no ranting, no swearing or abuse before you go.... you just leave.

There was NO bullying people off this forum... none at all. Just someone throwing their toys out of the pram big time and wanting to upset as many folk as she could doing it.

agrees with this. . ^^^^

every spin off thread is playing right into the hands of the accusers.. winding them up even more and well frankly it is doing some of the things people are being accused of .. ie taking the piss..

I agree with Brisket. .it's getting old hat... let it run it's course in an original thread . .say all you want to say in that, then leave it be. .don't go starting loads of other threads about the topic or loosely based on the original topic cos it can smack of 'picking on people' sometimes... ..

tbh I am not a fan of posts being deleted [can cause more problems when chinese whispers about said deleted posts fly around] nor of threads being closed until something has run it's course. .maybe if they were tanked but left open to  allow people to get stuff off their chests there wouldn't be any need for spin off/wind up threads to further fuel the fires..

that's the way I see it anyway

but you have to admit deleting psots can cause more trouble cos it sets of rumour mills .. and I do feel closing threads that are tanked just means stuff is unfinished and will blow up again eventually. if not straight away. and does fuel spin off threads too
Ollie whilst you do have a point, all that tends to happen is that all sorts of people get involved who have no business getting involved and it will go on and on with more and more mud being thrown. Nothing is ever resolved that way.
And what is the point of that?
In the end, someone got very cross, very abusive, made remarks about FMs children and Lori took the adult and sensible decision and closed the thread and deleted the post,

I am cross with naughty Prom though - I think he was all excited cos Chelsea won last night.

I hear what you say Isadora. .it's just I have seen things cut off in the past before they have run their course and then they seem to grow and come out later bigger and nastier .. and are then never ending.. grudges get held. .people feel they never got their say and then explode down the line and hark back to old stuff..

and yes some people get involved in stuff that isn't to do with them and that doesn't help especially when it can then be perceived to be a ganging up thing .  but I .still think it's better to let it all out and settle things once and for all.. let the fire burn til it has no more fuel..

Anyway seems for now the thing has run it's course but you can bet your bottom dollar the Clique thing will rear it's ugly head again in a few more months. .it's a regular theme that never goes away

I'll take the I'm a celeb but am not doing Xmas... tis the most depressing time of the year for me and the last thing I want is to be reminded of it .. Bah Humbug..
I agree with you Olly.  I dread Christmas each year, and I HATE the way it starts so early - I will start my Xmas shopping a week or so before Christmas like I usually do.  I always breathe a huge sigh of relief on 1 January when the whole thing is finally over.
