Actually, Penguins are for anytime.
William McDonald started making chocolate coated biscuits in Glasgow in 1932. Originally they were round but eventually were changed to the design they are. They weren't called Penguins at the time. After WW2, togther with an advertising agency, they were renamed Penguins. His business became part of McVities (United Biscuits) in 1948.
IMO, they'd be improved by being penguin-shaped.
