My best friend is coming over this afternoon to do mine for the first time in about 3 months. I can get away with it a bit because I have longish thick hair which rarely tangles or gets split ends, but I do feel a bit of a scruffbag about not having it done more regularly.

at least every 8 weeks
I have long hair.. get it cut every 6 weeks.
every six weeks but thats only cos my friend does it for me and she wont let me get away with not having it done. she only takes about 1/4 inch of length each time.
then every 12 weeks she will touch up me streaks.
she now says i should have light and dark streaks put in my hair but im not so sure.

Hardly ever. Up until last week my hair was so long I could sit on it. But the other night i just grabbed a pair of scissors and chopped it all off. Now its shoulder length and more comfortable.

I had all mine cut off into a pixie crop last month, but will probably let it grow back a bit now so won't be visiting the hairdresser any time soon
Easy answer, as soon as it starts to look scruffy, it keeps its shape for about 10/12 weeks then I book an appointment.
Between six and eight weeks.....or when I get fed up with it
last time i had my hair cut was just before my 1 year old was born
i hated it cos was lopesided!! was my best mate's hairdresser friend
want to get it done again but always something the kids need or want (especially during summer hols...trying to keep him busy) so i'm never able to get it done lol.

Probably once every five or six weeks.
Mrs Tarquin cuts it. The style remains fairly unaltered mainly because of the curls.

Should be every 6 weeks, but more like 10/12 weeks, in fact I'm due for a trim now.....
Highlights and colour, every 3/4 months.

i wanted it just long enough to put in ponytail...for when i was pushing baby out (dont like hair all over my face at best of times...) but only the 'long side' was long enough
cost me ÂĢ9 quid too....for just a wet cut (no drying or styling. cheaper to go to my salon who i trust
havent been to the hairdressers for over 10 years - i have a bit of a phobia.
Had a couple of bad experiences and now the longer ive left it the more scared i am to go!
I trim it myself..

I shave my head, do it myself and cut it twice a week.
Been doing it for over 10 years now, still own the same clippers and have saved a shed load of money.

Blimey, where do you live? No kidding, I can't get my haircut around here for less than ÂĢ25! If I go into town you're talking nearer to ÂĢ45 just for a cut and blow dry! That's one of the reasons why I don't get it done very often, I really resent paying that much money for a bliddy trim. My best mate does it when she comes over to stay and she charges me ÂĢ10!
Every five or six weeks I have it sort of long graduated lenghs at the top and tapered into the back of my neck it needs to be shaped regularly.

I use clippers on my husbands hair and it saves us a load of money (that can be spent on my hair!!).
I can get mine wet cut, style it myself, for 7.00 at the hairdresser by my mom's

at my salon (the only one i like) it's ÂĢ18 for a cut and blow dry (style) and an extra ÂĢ5 if you want it straigtened. ÂĢ6 for a wet or dry cut (trim)
cost me about ÂĢ50 to get a cut and blow dry, two toned highlights (with foil!!not cap lol) and straitened...that's what i normally have when i go there.
i just clipper my OH and my son though lol! my son HATES having his hair touched, so clippers is just easier and less hassle. and it tames his curls
I cut my OH's, and youngest son. My 2 daughters go to a very expensive salon and I pay, so when mine needs doing I just give it a trim, no disasters yet

That's very reasonable for a full hair 'do'. I do my OH's hair and beard with clippers too. I try and do it every week. Not only does it save a fortune but he'd wait for ages before going to the barbers and he's look like a complete beardy weirdy scruffbag for ages.

my son said something about how men with beards are all evil villians...that made my OH shave pretty sharpish

Not often. I am fairly skilled at being able to trim/tidy my own hair, so I only need get a haircut when it is too long.

Nice
Last time mine was cut was a year ago for my Godsons Christening
I was thinking of having it cut soon though but need to find someone to look after my daughter

I cut my own hair....so I do it whenever it needs doing. Sometimes 6 weeks, sometimes 2 months.
I have a graduated bob with the hair really short at the back,I get my neck shaved. So I have to get it cut every 6 weeks. My hair grows really fast. However I go to a local salon and get a dry trim, they just dampen the hair then cut it,ÂĢ12.00 job done.
The LAST time I had a "haircut" was............. 35 years ago!!!
I was in my early 20s..... 21 I think, I had quite long hair at the time, and soon after that I began to go bald so I just used to get the GF to give it a trim now n then, NOW I keep it shaved.

I was keeping an eye on one of our old boys (Mr Brunt). Looking forward to the game at Hillsborough.

Me too but it depends what length and style it is. Short hair needs a lot more trimming but then long hair gets split. Well mine does anyway.
umm i had mine done in february and i really should have mine done every 6 weeks as it is so thick and dry and i don't condition it i wear my hair in a pony tail every day and double it up so it looks ok
