One thing I don't do is buy bottled water. .never saw the point of that when it comes out the tap perfectly fine.. unless abroad where it's not guaranteed drinkable

As part of my on going saga with The Cambridge Diet . . . .
I was advised to drink "at least" 2 litres of water per day
I just couldn't do it
There was no way
It was like I was swimming in water to the point of vomiting
I drink tea regularly so I guess I can take on fluids but it maybe less than I think I do.
At best I think I can manage about 2-3pints in total
