We got 37. Lets see who got the most. No prizes i'm afraid, just wondered who could be the most popular on here.

One....addressed to the neighbour
We got about 80. It's nothing to do with poplearity though. It's more about family duty and social control.

Haven't counted, and anyway, they're not even up. They're in a pile on the top one of the nest of tables I also got one from someone (presumably in the street) but I haven't got a scooby who they are (no door number or anything in it) so no can reply, even with a New Year's card

someone just told me they got a card saying they had to pay an EXTRA ÂĢ1.06 it was only a Christmas card, a normal Christmas card.... god knows how it cost that much, it wasnt gold plated or anything heavy it was just paper

Someone I used to work with did that to me last year! A pound extra! I ask ya!

What makes it worse is that i made the extra special effort to ensure i got in touch with all my old friends, not just the usual necessary cards...oh no..i got out the OLD ADDRESS BOOK... some i hadn't written to or sent cards to in a couple of years Ive been thinking...hmmm wonder why they haven't emailed or anything ..... ohh dear bet they are cursing me.

Mark it down to experience Gyps and send your cards at the last minute

They charge one pound as a handling fee. The card was obviously slightly larger than regulation and 6p underpaid. I think it's a bit mean spirited at this time of year especially. It takes an age to pay the extra online ......pages of bliddy stuff just to get a sodding Christmas card! We got two like that .............i wasn't going to bother when I got the third one - glad i did - it was the contracts to the new shop
Too many!! Both kids get about 30 each at school, and all the ones from my friends and family! They do my head in, ive already put alot in recycling while tidying up over christmas
I know what you mean Jen ... when my three were at primary school we must have had over a hundred cards from school friends alone. East one had to be hung up - did my head in.
I can't be bothered to count them, but it looks like we have about 30-40 up now ... much more manageable.
My favourite card this year had a hand-written letter from a friend in it. Hand-written ... how lovely is that??
