Oooh really? I have been on the bran flakes with dried fruit. Does sugar make you poo?

I think it's the bran that's making you poo  Just the sugar content in Bran Flakes is high, the dietitian told me to have Weetabix or Porridge as they have virtually no sugar content if you want to lose weight, high sugar content takes longer to burn off so for me first thing of a morning it's Weetabix, I can't be doing with exercise first thing in the morning
