I bought the kalms sleeping tablets once and they never even made me sleepy.

If you can't get to sleep I find sominex is good but you can only take them for 8 days.

Forget the kalms..you just need me.

Yes they are Moonbeams. Herbal too so no side effects..just a goodnight`s sleep.

Ovaltine does it for me if I can't sleep... god I'm getting old.

Do they REALLY work? I tried loads of sleep remedies and they've never worked for me

I even nicked a STRONG sleeping pill from my dad once and i was up all night spring cleaning !
