4lbs and removed 2 of them, another 2 to go and I'm back to normal...ish
None...getting up and vomming up my Xmas dinner at 3am helped.

Seriously meaning to lose weight this year. It would help if the doctors could sort out my iffy thyroid as I've put on 3 stone in 4 years because of it.

Being overweight is not the only problem. My quack keeps telling me that I have to put on weight to fight my illness and build up my muscles. Hard work, I can tell you.

Has your doctor referred you to a dietitian Cologne?
Don't think i've put any on, not ate anymore than normal but i did have some trifle so maybe a little bit i thought the title of this thread was about IBS

None - in fact I usually lose a pound or two at Christmas, because my innards rebel against all the rich food..
Oh i'm so pleased i came into this thread! I hadnt wieghed myself since i finished breastfeeding (1st week Dec) just been and done it now and i've lost 1lb lol I was totally expecting to have put a bit on with not breastfeeding anymore and christmas but i havent <-- yeah thats slightly smug
Still got alot to lose after having baby though so its a good job christmas was kind to me
