I'll be your buddy, but l don't know how to do it.

I haven't a clue .......................I'm just relieved I'm here and able to post - I'll leave all that stuff until I'm more familiar.

If you click on a persons name it takes them to their page and on the right there is a add as buddy button...

Like many things in cyberland there's more than one way to do it, but that's the easiest. I've got quite a few, but then I have been here for a while, relatively speaking.

Firstly, they won't be of any significance on the forum, just the Social Network side of things.
If you have no buddies and set your wall tobuddies only, then no-one except buddies can see yor wall. You also use buddies to restrict who can see and comment on blogs and so on. There are also different degrees of buddies.

Sorry if someones asked this..but how do you know if you have a buddy request??I'm easy,,but then some of you know this

A little ! appears next to your name in the top right hand corner, click on that and it tells you you have a buddy request or some other notification.

I have sent you a request BTW

 Scroll to the top of the page where it says " Ticker" on the green tab. If you move your mouse over "Ticker" it'll say Alerts , click that, it tells you if someones added you as a buddy.
