I sometimes wake up screaming unfortunately its not a memorable experience for me, i tend to forget it and turn over and go straight back to sleep, but the person im sleeping beside say its lots of fun
As long as I am in bed I can fall asleep in seconds which really annoys my hubby. I have never been able to sleep anywhere else.
I've always been a night owl, but since I've been ill, I can't get to sleep at all and thankfully managed to persuade my quack to let me have some mild sleeping tablets. I get to sleep within 10 minutes and usually sleep for 5 - 6 hrs, which is unheard of for me and I can get up and face the day.
not long.. lay down, good book.. bout 10-20 mins..... its a curse
I take forever to go to sleep, even if I go to bed exhausted I still lie there for hours. Mr C, however, goes to sleep in seconds, just closes his eyes and he's gone
Ages.... in fact nowadays I am lucky to get 3/4 hours continuous sleep, and have always had problems catnapping.. Good job I'm retired

I don't sleep very well at all - I can go for 2/3 days without sleep then have a deep exhausted sleep on the 4th day. I was given sleeping tablets temporarily but became addicted to them and it took me 5 years to get off them.

I think about 20 mins. I lie with the radio on Talksport every night and fall asleep to that and wake up to it (normally around 6am) when I have about an hour's snooze. I have very little sleep on Sunday nights though. I'm all over the bed for ages trying to get comfy and fall asleep
During the week when I'm a work usually turn in around 12.30pm, up at 6.30 am, not much different on a Saturday, but Sunday I may get 8 hours if I'm lucky.

*am intrigued to know what makes Sundays different from the rest of the week*Just lately I am asleep within 5 mins of going to bed. I've been reading the same book for weeks, must have re-red the same page over and over
Purely depends on what i've done during the day. If I've played football, been to the gym etc I can sleep well at night, if I've been out on the piss I can sleep well, however if I've just sat behind a desk all day and done fuck all at night to go with it then I seriously struggle to sleep at night, quite often I can go to bed at say 1am and still be lying there wide awake at say 5 or 6am - i have nytol but it doesn't work. Pain in the arse when I';ve got work the next day.
