click on the manage and then on settings , and put yourself on vacation or ' disable all notifications'

on the manage tab and settings , i have also unchecked all the boxes on the right under 'email' then put myself on vacation and clicked 'update'

YEP thats wot i did - go to MANGE - then - your Settings - then tickdey boxes and don'r forget to 'update' at the bottom, ok
