I've got one of those wheat bag things that you heat in the microwave and I really need it, any idea how long I leave it in for and do I need to put a cup of water in or summat? Any advice would be really appreciated, thanks

I definitely don't need a cup of water in there at the same time? I know that sounds totally mental but when I got it I skimmed over the instructions and then threw them away and I was sure it said summat about water.
Ok, gonna bung it in the microwave. If I die I will sue!

Wow - that link was an eye opener
Oooh I have a couple of those! them things are ace cos you can snuggle into them and they mould into you...they don't seem to hold their heat as long as a hot water bottle, but I still prefer them
I have never seen a wheat bag I like my hot water bottle I dont like electric blankets...
Throw it on the dire! That should warm it nicely
