Queenshaks, I love okra if it has not gone all squishy, don't really like overcooked stuff in a curry.  Like I say, my palsare not fussy types, they'll be half cut by the time I dish up anyway


Just making a nice gingery (nom nom nom) chicken curry with peppers and er...okra.  Keeping it healthy and fat free since I've been immobile for a weeks.  The leg is loads better thanks, got rid of the crutches 2 days ago and boot is off in 10 days.  Can't bliddy wait!
