RZB lol  we did not even get a proper goodbye that last night on CH4 peeps were  telling each other what they really thought of them it was a sad night but looking back it was also funny, the first night we arrived in our new home we were all happy and nice to each other .. lol it lasted a couple of days then the old point scoring from CH4 days came back with a vengeance

tbh Marge, there was a nastiness going around the last few weeks of C4 that was ruining the forum for a lot of people.  It was an awful shame because there was such great craic to be had on there before they all got their pathetic teeth into it.

They couldn't wait to pull the plug Marg, mind you, at least they told us they were evicting us, allowing a replacement site to be arranged, C4 went manic on the last few nights, Arguments that have been simmering for years suddenly boiled up, Some folk were quoting and arguing over what had happened in 2002, it was almost 6 years on by then.

Hi Temps yes it did get a bit nasty especially on the last night some of the threads I still miss Ch4 though we should have realised when they closed the sub forums down something was in the air and about to happen, I did miss the soap forum and all our pals there.. and the other forums I visited Temps I think that is were we first met in the soap forum ..those were the days

God only knows how any new people can join here at all seeing as you need to know someone who uses the forum before your account is ok'd by the mods or administrators......Fair moderation my arse...closed book....clique, wishy washy housewives patting eachother on the back with smileys....one person ie cupcake dares to be different and is attacked from all angles and has to resort to defending themselves for the way they reply in a topic or for their views on certain matters.

Hi Terry.  Thanks for your support.  I am sorry you keep getting bopped, as I think people who are a bit cheeky and who go against the flow here make the place a little more interesting.  And I believe I am not the the only one who thinks this... 

Although I post normally sometimes, and 'go with the flow..' I admit that have posted ranty angry posts a few times, often just because I am in that kind of mood or because something pisses me off....  and although some people find it amusing or even agree with me, a few others seem to hate me and my posts and don't they let me know it?!  LOL.    That said, most people here have still been actually quite nice LOL.  Maybe they find me entertaining: like a circus freak or a vilage idiot!    Despite what a couple of people think, there's actualy nothing wrong with me, I just like to liven up the forum.    I don't mean any harm ...

The thing that annoys me with you cupcake is the way people respond to you. Take your "NO COMMENT" remark for example..some fellow forum users just can't help themselves stirring the pot with sarcastic remarks they made when quoting you.

I know how it feels to be singled out, and how tiring it gets when you feel you constantly feel the need to defend yourself time and time again. They make any comment seem like an attack after a while...

good luck on here in the future, I feel you will need it to break down the barriers that have been set up by them against you. It makes you feel like shit and other people are influenced by the grudges that these certain posters have against you...Just keep it in your mind that it's nothing more than jealousy.

Whoever you are, makes no odds to me. If you're pissed off at getting banned you're barking up the wrong tree I had nothing to do with it. The thread you started isn't going to help. You might want to delete it unless you're trying to get banned again.

I know it was you, you got mickey maguire, choad and babbette banned all at the same time. So you need to ask your mrs not to blab on ye old f/b.

Thanks Terry...   But even though it is hard to fit in here, i have noticed more and more people being a bit more friendly, and the hostile ones are getting fewer.  I think even some of the old originals are getting narked off with all the arguing and attacks on new posters.. I mean it's like change the record man!!  And the general consensus seems to be that even if you suspect that someone IS a returning member, just ignore them and post around them if you don't like them..  But hey, like I said, I shall just keep posting with the people who are being OK.    And totally ignore the baiters.  That will annoy them more than anything. 

They disappeared. If you click on the little man icon by their name it shows their status: you can see who's been banned.

And you cared about those particular three because?

Three new handles appeared out of nowhere then disappeared just as fast. I'd heard they'd been banned then checked the handles and yep, gone. I had no reason to want any of them banned. I don't know why you think I would have any say in it anyway.

I dont think I've seen someone to go to such trouble as to triumphantly name a user (albeit the wrong one), know who has been banned via the jungle drums (allegedly),  check up on banned users and yet be so uninterested all at the same time.

Triumphantly? lol. It was a guess. Unlike Cupcake I am not all-knowing and in a position to say absolutely 100 per cent who everyone is/was/will be in the future. She knows a lot. If it wasn't for her I never would have known I am also Croc and Olly. I may be other people too but can't say just yet I will need her confirmation on this.

What really pisses me off most is the fact i could unknowingly be being civil to and posting alongside certain posters i can't stand cos they're hiding behind a new name!! It's sly and deceitful. Oh and i have no contact with anyone outside this forum and have sent/recieved very few pm's just before someone calls me part of a clique!

Terry I did not know that you had to know someone on the forum before your account was okay'd,it is not everyone who knows someone from here I agree if this is right it does seem unfair,if the certain few would stop trying to out newbies that come on here I am sure there would be less retaliation, just my opinion, I have never reported anyone on here or CH4 forum I do get on with most and there are some lovely FM on here, if I dont like a thread I try and stay out of it,I dont know why you were reported or banned to be honest .. there is room for everyone if given a chance...
