I found the link posted on The TV Show blog where someone had commented about Paula's article about the forum's closing.

I was lost in cyber space for a while till MirageUK found me and hauled my ass in here

When I got here I saw that everyone was watching me making a numpty out of myself

On Eve Communities one night the Mods created a thread saying this place was ready, so hey presto clicked the link and joined .

I was googling whilst drunk

Thought GaGa JoyJoy sounded like a Patpong bar

I saw Bov's thread on it in the C4 forum.

If you try and log into the old C4 forum you get taken to a page that's first story is about the closing of the forums. If you click the link to read more and the same again and read to the end then read the last few 'comments' you will find a link to here. I know a couple of people have done it and joined us here. But I wonder how many will have the stamina or forethought to wade their way through all that on the off chance that it might give them a clue to where we all are.

I saw my mum on it, didn't know there was a new place till I saw her here, though tbh I didn't really post much on C4...

put GaGaJoyJoy in your google search and also other words that people might use to try and find what happened to the old C4 forumers. and search on that, then make more searches just using the other words without mentioning GaGaJoyJoy. The more these things get searched for the higher up in the list of search results they will appear. But it takes a while to promote them high enough for them to be seen.

The search INCLUDING gagajoyjoy has to be repeated every now and again to emphasise the association between GaGaJoyJoy and these other words.

i.e. GaGaJoyJoy big brother UK old C4 Forumers

That sort of thing. Then search using some or all of the words except GaGaJoyJoy.

Kept an eye on Bov's thread and followed the rest over to the techy forum and then onto here....Thanks Bov

In the early days of this forum if you googled my user name in full you got a thread I had made saying we were all here. Now I'm not sure where it is, BUT, if you google my full user name encased in double quotes (" ") you will get loads of posts I made on C4, EVE's techy place and here showing that I made the 'here' ones in May 2009.
