At the time they knew Sophie had broken the rules by asking to be nominated none of the HM's had a go at her for possibly putting them all up for eviction - which probably won't happen - but, when Siav told the HM's he wasn't going to nominate and they thought they could all pay the consequences the HM's weren't happy with him.

See this sums it up, pukus spent weeks BB brain-washing Noirin, who wrongly took a lot of flack and paid the price...... so many thought the whole house had the right to interfere in Noirvash... and now, some think HMs haven't any rights to question pukus' actions...

My original point to Cold Sweat was that Marcus "could" have done the same to her about her rule break, but he didn`t and as far as I`ve seen nobody has. I don`t agree Marcus is not in the position to do that.
It`s a bit of a one side view point if you think Marcus deserves to be pulled up by another rule breaker but should stay schtum because he`s broken more rules.
