I'm talking about TV's of course. What size TV do you think is about right for a normal sized front room? 50 inch seems a tad over the top, 46 inch seems about right to me and what about 3D? 3D TV's seem to be prohibitively expensive at the moment (if you want a big one) and I'm kind of wary of it being comparatively new technology so they probably haven't got it quite right yet.

What have you lot got?

Not if it suits the room...

exactly Cosi. My Inspector Gadget has just got us a 50' as the main telly. I didn't agree at first but it does look really good against the massive wall.

I hear you, darlin'

Same as in the bedrooms and other rooms - they have to fit and look right in their surroundings.

I enjoy watching them in other people`s houses though.

We're kind of worried about a 50 inch taking over the room and we don't really watch much TV anyway. We might go for a 46 you can come round and watch ours so your room remains unspoiled

I've got wonky vision in one of my eye's so I don't get the 3D effect it just looks like a blurry screen to me with coloured lines around the outlines........the shop I tried it in had a couch to sit on, my dad made himself right at home....
