Terrible for the waist line though especially at this time of the night Red Face Ninja Big Grin

Shake Head That's a myth actually. The eating at night bit I mean.
Please tell me how? I would like to know the secret...

Your body breaks it all down and absorbs it anyway. People think that if you eat at night then you don't burn it off as you do during the day, but it's still a case of calories consumed versus calories burnt every day. If you burn off 2000 during the day, consuming 1500 in between and then eat another 500 right before bed your body will still absorb everything and yet consumption is still balanced out with exercise.

Least that's what I understood by the article I read. And I hope it's true because I have a habit of snacking right before bed time.
