so not only did bb10 have the worst ever opening night and the biggest drop ever in one day but its also way way below any previous bb.

this I think is thw whole idea, the bosses at C4 won't kill off a show with high rating but ..with decreasing viewer numbers much easier to do and just look at who the sponsor is I love lucazade but it is a come down from O2

Its their own fault. What they failed to realise was, the live feed and the forums encouraged people to tune into the main show. People would post what was happening and those without live feed would tune into watch the main show.

i like it and we do get through quite a bit every week and many other gsk products, but we've got none since they announced as sponsoring this joke of a series, that will continue beyond the end of bb unless its announced they are withdrawing sponsorship or a new sponsor is announced for whatever crap with the bb name that ch4 decide to try to foist onto bb fans next.

that 2.7 figure doesn't include c4+1 and isn't official so doesn't include 4od, repeats on e4,e tc.

it doesn't matter comparing it to other bbs though, 2.7 million (which should increase to 3m+) is more than twice the slot average for c4 so it's still a huge show for them

BB is channel 4's cash cow, or it used to be. I think those voting figures are about right. Channel 4 has been alienating it's viewers for the past few years and it shows by it's lack of sponsors.

According to DS...the figures for last night were 2.2m including +1 channel....going by usual watching figures that means the show was actually viewed in real time by less than 2m!

I hate to think what tonights will be...up against The Apprentice.
