Yes.
No it wasn't. It was a "secret mission", and Dan won use of gym equipment.
From having a quick look through it, the only shopping task that comes close was the "BB budget" task, which used the SH HMs, but that's not the same thing as calling a particular HM into the DR...
The "Quarantine" task had the HMs divide themselves into 2 groups: all other shopping tasks involved all HMs equally...
