As he would

But what was Hazel or Charlie supposed to do in the face of that ugly onslaught?

True .......but IMO - she almost died. She didn't actually die ..............personally I think it was a case of one upmanship - if you listened to what Jackie was saying it was pretty traumatic but Jemima turned it all round to her (as she always does) - I actually thought that she must have lost a child ......she hadn't.

It started as a "Hen-off".  Jemima and Jackie are vying for Mother of the House.  Jemima got the hump over Jackie's defence of Charlie; Jackie got out the violins.  And Jemima wasn't having any of it.

So thanks to Jackie, Hazel's been sidelined, Jemima's had an eppy and Dan's got out his notebook.

To be fair Charlie was sitting there and she is old enough to speak for herself. Her mother didn't need to use illness and death to justify Charlie speaking out of turn.

Jemima being up for eviction is pissed off and decided to have a go, and the one upmanship started that didn't show the woman in a very favourable light.

Love the term 'Hen-OFF'

I know Soozy, but I think, Jemima was just making a point.

So basically they were all talking up 'my child who nearly died' stakes. Hazel's ex died.

I have been watching Kaffy as I prepare for bed. Her clothes are neither good or bad tonight. Strange green bits !

I love her hair.

She looks as beautiful as ever.

Alas I must retire to bed.  Night all, see you tomorrow.

The green bits are a little odd but ........I rather like them TBH.

I think she probably will. None of us are perfect - if we went on show for everyone to see and criticise I'm sure we'd learn a lot.

I don't like either of them - so I'm defending neither.. but 'Charlie needs to think before she speaks' was probably one of the nicer ways she could have said it.   It was giving her the benefit of the doubt rather than saying 'your daughter's a bit thoughtless, nosy and tactless isn't she - she needs to stop that'
