me either... and this is what I posted about the safe house

I don't think it's a 'fix' as such bringing out the safe house for these nominees.    I just think it's pretty savvy producing.    I think BB has a number of scenarios all ready at the start of the run and they just bring them in to play when it's the right time.  I don't think they say 'Ok, wk 1, normal nom.. week 2, surprise eviction, week 3 safe house.. .   Would the safe house have been used at some stage - yes.  Would it have been this week if different people were up - no.    Do I mind that? No - I'm thankful.   What a wast of a safe house if the four nominees had been Sophie, Sam, Daley and Charlie...  Think about it.

I agree 100% - I never buy into BB conspiracy stuff - IMO it's all about trying to make good telly.

But whatever the reasons for doing it, surely it's still manipulation?

Manipulation = producing the show, yes.   It's tweaking to make good telly - not to make sure any individual stays or goes is what we mean.

Hmmmmm - I don't see it as manipulation TBH - I agree that they create stories but I don't think it's to manipulate us into voting for one HM over another - more to keep it 'interesting/entertaining'.

you say that every time lol

I like her hair but don't think the outfit does a lot for her - she looks better in a straight up and down number IMO.

I think she has had some shocking outfits of late. For me (and it is only personal opinion) tonights is a welcome upswing. She could drag her hair through a bush and I would still like it

That's the editing department that does that

But 'tweaking to make good telly' (in their opinion) could at times include NOT wanting someone to be evicted at a particular time, even if they are not backing anyone in particular to win.

yes I'd go along with that .........I'm okayish with that because at the end of the day - the 'most popular' wins. It is a game ........we have all in the past got a bit silly - I myself am desperate for Wolfy to be out but ........if she stays this week it'll be all the sweeter when she does eventually go.

The only time I've seriously grrrrrrrrrrrrrd was the Connor debacle last year. Hopefully lessons have been learned.
