It's difficult for me to judge as a non-smoker, but the thing is they all know what BB's like and how valuable cigarettes are, and yet the only one with the common sense to ration them is Wolfy. Remember also that Wolfy was the one who spent a fortune (by her standards) on fags to bring into the house only to see them "shredded". While I do think Wolfy's over-sensitive, the other's are trying to take advantage of her rather than take responsibility themselves...
