Next month Big Grin, but I think i'm going to continue with Admin for another year to get the big qualification then move on to a proper Business course.

I thought it would be soon as my daughter has started her late night/ early morning cramming to reach her deadlines, different courses though.
It's a good idea to go on while you are in the student frame of mind. I tried to go back to college after having 2 years off and found it too difficult to get back into it.
I'm sure you'll get where you want to be Big Grin

You're very welcome Hug
I started the Cisco networking course, I guess I should have started with something a bit easier. Finances at the moment won't permit me to go to college but will go back when things improve. I thought I would try british sign language, could be interesting Laugh
I'll pass on you good luck wishes to my daughter thank you Big Grin

Good evening all wavey

I have been sunken under a pile of paperwork again today... end of tax year, end of company trading year, new contract, insurance renewals..blah, de blah.. boring, boring,.. amid pile of washing, and housework... but hey it is Friday evening now!!

Let's hope we all have a good weekend.

Hicky...sorry to hear about that wind giving you gardening grief. Hope it has gone now.

We got the bad winds this morning, but at least it was good for drying my washing. All died down now though.

Emptybox.. hope you managed to keep that hat on today. Sounds like you are enjoying your book.

Darloby... glad to hear you are doing well at college. Years ago, I did something similiar sounding, it was called the HNC Business studies. I found it very useful in work, and with stuff I learnt for everyday life.

Suzie... wavey Hope you are well. Good luck to your daughter with her studies.

wavey Mike

wavey KingKev.

Enjoy your Friday evening all. xxx

Eeker Cisco does sound a bit complicated, don't think I could do that. I too think sign language would be interesting. My kids did a bit of it, when they were at primary school in Australia, because they went to an integrated school, with some hard of hearing children.

I was fine for the first module but kind of lost the motivation in the second. I would like to get back to it and finish it but need to make sure I find the time to study it properly.
I need to learn sign as I am totally deaf in one ear. Have been as long as I can remember, it happened when I got measles. Knowing my luck when I get old and wrinkly will be totally deaf and no way to communicate. So time for a bit of forward planning Laugh

That is a shame about measles causing that.

Yes if you are going to go back to study something as complicated as that Cisco course, it is probably best to wait until you have plenty of free time to give to it.

student days were the best times i had Cool met my ex at uni and although things didn't work we did have a fantastic 6 years (we were together for 7) and at college made some lifelong friends ... could stay up all night and still make all my lectures (apart from one fateful pub visit at lunch time on the day of my final shorthand exam Ninja... explained away with by a fictional dodgy prawn sandwich pmsl)
