Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Much better day here …both weather wise and health wise…yesterday was the pits ! .I’m still not 100% , but I’m only halfway through the course …..and at least I no longer feel nauseous and dizzy !So I went for a short walk this morning , and made it to the cash point . Apart from that , I’ve done a load of washing , changed bedsheet , and dusted. I managed lamb chops for lunch , and now I’m laying on sofa watching Van Der Valk .I hope everyone else is enjoying their Sunday , whatever you are up to .

Mollie , I hope your feet , and legs are feeling a bit better today . I think you need to ease up a bit tbh. For example , take a break and watch Million Pound Motorhomes tonight .Hicky , I think you’re probably right about the garden waste .Glad you got your new glasses , and I hope they help a bit .I think you are right about the nhs …it’s definitely broken these days .

I dish a wah machine load and dried and put away, just put the dishwasher on before, its open now just going to put it all away.

Watching darts on sky 426 from Blackpool, its on for 9 nights so made up, started last night.

Have been sampling some of the latest food from Iceland, ordered too much, struggled to get it all in the freezers etc, have thrown a load in the bin as i wasnt impressed.

Strange about the new USB auto Juicer, i had sent it back but after 2 weeks it came back saying it had been refused, and after me paying nearly £5 to send it recorded, anyway, i contacted them via Amazon and told them, they said dont send it again they will refund me, anyway, i decided to take it to bits to find out why it wasnt working, obviously it cant be much, got all the tools ready, i pressed the button and it worked, a led by the button lit and the machine operated, wow, hate to think what happened in the 2 weeks it was away but that might have fixed it, alll i need now is some oranges.

Hope Mollie isnt too worn out, no fun preparing to move, i hate it.

what a relief the dizzy and nausea have gone now. Hope you get back to feeling 100% again soon.

Feet/legs feeling now so bad today. I can't work out what causes it to suddenly take off like it did last night. Ended up having to go to bed at 9 to lie down to ease it last night.

Wonder what this coming week will bring us for Tea Time Club? Always fun whatever we watch though.

Yes agree, NHS having problems now, its all those cutbacks over the years, whilst the population keeps growing like mad, no wonder. Hope you do eventually hear from urology.

Took pup to puppy classes today. I was unsure whether to go, as we are so busy, but I know if we don't train her at this age, we could get problems later on, which is the last thing we want, as she is starting to get into everything now.. She did really well, I was a bit nervous of the ex forces dog handler guy who taught us though, in case I got it wrong. It was hard for me because of my arthtiritis, so think I might send son next week with MrM. (if he isn't busy gaming with his mates!)

Must really get a move on with the packing this week, so much to do. Need to sort out new internet provider too. MrM working hard to sort out all the painting done before the floors get put down in a week. Also, like you had Hicky, I have tons of paperwork to get rid of.

Also have to measure for, and order blinds/curtains as there are none at all in the new house. Good job we got the house cheaper as it needs so much work doing on it, the flooring cost us nearly £4k but it is a good hardwearing one and includes fitting. (we need a good one with 4 of us and a pup).

Yes, wonder what is setting off your leg pain, cant see it being diet related, have you changed what you are wearing on your feet or legs, wondering if its related to blood circulation, strange really.

I dont have any problem getting back to sleep, if i get up i get a drink from the fridge, cold pure orange juice ot Fanta, then have a wee and get back in bed.

Havent noticed any difference with the new glasses but i mainly stay in so that wouldnt help.

The problem with NHS is we have too many old people needing such a lot of care as they keep falling and 2 wheeled trabsport accidents causing a massive problem with ambulances and A&E, and the population rising, we really need to double the NHS staff, but obviously cant do that.

Its hard to do all the packing when you are always using so much as you can only pack what you arent going to use.

Yes, the pup needs training, defo get someone else to take her though.

Afternoon Meanies It’s been raining solidly since mid morning …and it’s really chilly ….I’ve put the heating on .But I I had a decent night , and managed a short walk to the shop before the rain started . Aside from that , I’ve done a load of washing , hoovered , dusted , rescued bins, and had pork steak for lunch ….so not a totally wasted day .I hope everyone else’s Tuesday is going well .

Mollie , glad your feet and legs have settled down a bit …and that the puppy did so well a class . Yes , teatime club is always a giggle , one way or another .Hicky , the nhs is certainly broken ! I tried to get a phone consult ….I really don’t need and appointment …..but by the time I got through yesterday all the doctors were fully booked for the rest of this week …it’s bliddy ridiculous ! How strange about the juicer.It will be interesting to see how your glasses are when you go outside more .

Not done much today, just made coffee and cooked food, made a nice 3 egg omelette with chesse on for brekkie and made 2 hotdogs for tea.

Its been wet and miserable here so stayed in.

I'm up till later this week as the darts are on till 11pm, mind you if i have nothing on the next day i try to stay in bed till about 10am or later as i have nothing to get up for only my tablets.

While it is nice out i nip to the garage to get meals for a few days from the freezer.

glad you are feeling better, let's hope it has cleared up now, but its so bad you have been told all the GP appointments for a whole week have gone, especially as you have just been on antibiotics.

In Wales they not long ago gave the GP's extra money to make them bring back that you can get same day appointment when you turn up at surgery (or phone) to stop that 8am rush on the phones they used to have. Wonder if they all do stick to this though ? Hope they bring it in in England soon too. My aunt is 80, lives in England,  and has terrible problems getting a docs appointment.

Glad you had a decent nights sleep, long may it continue.

We didn't have rain till tonight, so it was quite nice today. but no means warm here either. Like you, I need my teddy bed linen to snuggle into to keep warm, which I don't normally in July! It must be all that global warming they keep going on about...who are they kidding?  Another excuse to charge us extra tax imo.

Missed Bake Off as too busy. Son got home real late for his tea (I sort his food for him, as he is doing 12 hour work days and then has more work to do at home during filming time) and pup needed her food too.

that is good you have no trouble getting back to sleep after getting your drink in the night.

As I have arthritis in my knees and feet, I know that is why I get pain, but can't understand why some days its worse than others. Weather related maybe? I just use Tiger Balm if it bothers me and go and lie in bed earlier than normal. Doc prescribed some strong cocodemol awhile ago. but I avoid taking that.

What are you watching on tv now? Wonder when the new BB is on? Thought it was supposed to be on again this year. But looks like it wont' be this summer.

Going for brekkie with my friend in the morning. Will be glad to get out of this messy house for a break.

MrM and son are doing wel with painting and getting the old laminate and carpet up from new house.

Yes, strange how your leg pain is worse some day, cant see the weather effecting it that much, not in the summer, so hard to say what is effecting it.

I have darts this week, ebery evening from the 15th to the 23rd so made up, it does mean i am leter to bed though but i just get up later, usually between 10am to 11am.

I only watch documentories or recording of live shows like gold hunters, gold divers, sakvage hunters, in the factory, anything that doesnt have actors in it.

I have so many recordings still to watch but only when i want to catch up or theres nothing much on tv, i always record, the in the sun shows.

I was outside earlier and noticed the new neighbour in the garden so said hello, then i went to the greenhouse, oh wow, i had raspberries up to the roof, and tomatoes as well, picked both and gave the toms, all cherry ones to my neighbour as i can be bothered getting the skins off, the plant grew from last hear as i never planted toms this year, so had a nice feed of rasperries again, with cream this time.

Been testing a lot of my last Iceland delivery, oh dear, not impressed so will gather all the frozen food i dont want to give away to the cleaners or someone, some i got 3 of as they were 3 for £10 which leaves 2 of course.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  🥰🥰🥰🥰Sunny and quite warm here today . Not a bad night , and I needed to post a card , so although I’m not feeling very bright , I went for a walk first thing . Apart from that , I’ve done a load of washing , hoovered , fed wildlife ,done a bit in the garden ,  and washed down the patio . I had lamb chops for lunch and that’s about as much as I can manage today . 😀I hope everyone else is having a good Thursday .

I really must stop getting food from Iceland just to try it to see if i like it, it doesnt seem to work out, had 4 soft boiled eggs for brekkie, at least i know i will enjoy them, and for tea i'm having an Iceland Cathedral City Mac n Cheese mwal, wont be happy if i dont fancy it as i got 3 of them.

Going to have a hot dog for supper, to use the hot dogs up and i have the hot dog rolls, one defrosting in the fridge.

The new neighbours have got a company in to sort the garden out, hope they prune the trees as they set off my camera recording as they cast moving shadows as the sun moves away from the building at night.

Hope Mollie is managing an easy day for a change.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Rained most of the morning , although it’s dry right now .I didn’t have a bad night , but don’t feel up to a walk today ….although I might pop up the shop later …if I can be bothered .So I’ve spent the day catching up on housework …..changed bedding …done the duvet shuffle …two loads of washing …dusted ….hoovered upstairs and down …and managed to empty the bins out between showers ….and once  I’ve ironed the sheet I’m done for the day. Rain here earlier, so annoying seems to be every day on and off so stayed in, had the Iceland delivery, a non frozen order, just stuff i didnt get the time before, ordered a delivery of Indian food last night, enough for a few days, love it so much.

Tried the new juicer, its working fine, i have the oranges now so i could try it, pointless really as i buy 3 litres of fresh orange a time anyway, ordered more coffee grounds as using the drip coffee machine for one Costa Coffee mug then added to the mug with coffee mate is fantastic,

I have been shredding old bank paperwork, from before i went paperless, it collects too quick so i get very little paperwork through the post and i try to print as little as possible.

Only do the washing machine every 2 weeks, and the dishwasher every Sunday night so the dishes are all put away for Monday, and the cleaners will be here romorrow as well, i'll sww if they qant any of the frozen food i dont want, depending on the time they might have to come back later after work as it would thaw out.

The neighbours didnt cut/trim the trees at all, the big tree isnt in their garden, its in no mans land at the bottom, i used to try and get it cut but the old neighbour wouldnt let me as its an Oak, but it shelters both our gardens so much, i will mention it to the neighbour to see if i can get it pruned, its on land belonging to the council but part of the school grounds rented from them, but the are isnt open to anyone as its fenced off all round so nobody goes near it.

The Cathedral City Mac n Cheese was very nice, love loads of cheese and it had that, glad i got 3 of them.

I've been lucky this week having darts every night from Blackpool and also F1 from Hungary this weekend.

I know what you mean about the shedding, I have loads I want to try and do before we move. It takes up so much space and with most things being online now, we don't need as much paperwork, thank goodness.

We really like the Cathedral City frozen stuff from Iceland too. Did you know that with the 3 for £10 on stuff from Iceland, you mix and match loads of different things? We thought at first that you could only eg. mix Cathedral City stuff, but we then learnt you can mix all sorts, eg 1 Cathedral City, 1 pack Birds Eye fish, 1 pack of steak. You could even use the offer for a block of cheese, or a Pork Leg crackling joint etc, or non food stuff... it doesn't have to be frozen stuff. Using that method you don't need to be stuck with 3 things you might not like.

Rained all day yesterday but not a bad day today. Only a small shower and a bit of sun.

Really busy sorting move stuff and training the pup. Flooring fitters due tomorrow, need to sort some wardrobes as none at all in the house and curtains/blinds as nothing on windows. And lots of packing to do.

Went for lunch with the family and a friend Friday as don't seem to have time to cook much. Today was puppy training class. Ours is  the smallest and most excited pup in the class, but she eventually does what she needs to. Today they were being taught "leave it" as it is important they leave some things the trainer said...eg, if you drop tablets on the floor.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Popped in a bit early cos I think my friend might pop in for a hour this afternoon . A much better day chez Baz . .. both emotionally and physically . I slept quite well and went for a walk first thing ….blew away the last of the cobwebs .Aside from that I’ve cleaned bathroom and kitchen , done a load of washing , sorted the freezer out , and put bin out ready for collection tomorrow . I’ve had some chicken for lunch , and that’s me done for the day.I hope everyone else is enjoying their Monday  too .

Mollie , glad things are gradually getting sorted out house wise ….and that puppy is enjoying the training .Yes, Motorhomes was good yesterday ….and hopefully we will get to spend some more of Dames money this week .Hicky , I really need to sort out and shred my bills and paperwork too, but can’t face it at the moment .I’m sure if you speak to the new neighbours you can come to some sort of arrangement .

There are 2 trees that bother me, one in the neighbours garden sets the security light to turn on and shaddows from the tree early evening turns the camera on as it gives shaddows on the side of my garage, the other tree which is at the bottom of next doors garden is outside the fence, thats the one i was going to get pruned as it shaddows my raised beds, whaen the sun is behind it.

The cleaners came, i gave them a load of frozen packs of food i wanted to get rid off, made a lot of room in the garage freezer anyway,, i'll just have to be more careful what i order now, i only ordered 3 of them because i thought i would like them all, it just didnt work out that way.

I dont see a lot of the mix and match sign as i just use the search bar to call up what i want as i have an iceland list in a text file and as i go down it i see something i want so type it in the search box and choose from what comes up, if i go through their lists thats how i end up with loads of stuff i shouldnt buy.

One of my lads told me my keyboard was filthy, i got a spare one from a cupboard and got the cleaner to swap it as my eyes are too bad, i could unplug the usb lead but wouldnt be able to see where to put the new one in, i cant even judge distance, i have now cleaned the one we took out as i couldnt clean it while plugged in and didnt want to turn the puter off.

I finished the shredding i was doing, i think i might have some more in a cupboard, will have to check, i have another shredder in my man shed, i modified it to take cardboard.

Glad you had a better night Baz, and day, and a walk, and a chicken lunch, i had sausages on toast for brekkie, for tea had some lamb curry and rice.

Glad you got out for lunch with the family Mollie, it gives you a bit of a brake.

Glad you slept ok and got a good walk in, not bad here today, forecast said drizzle but mainly cloudy, managed to go to the greenhouse as knew there was some raspberries that needed picking, got a good bowl full, will be nice with cream.

Had 3 fried eggs on toast for brekkie, have a chicken soup at 2pm, for tea did chicken wings in the air fryer, i use the Silicone dish thing i bought so the air fryer stays clean, its the model with the 3 shelfpoitions and the rotisserie thing if needed.

I gave the cleaners rather a lot of frozen food, they will take it back to their bosses house to sort out, one of them could just manage to carry the bag, it was a big carrier bag.

Hope Mollie isnt doing too much today, she really should rest up.

Back, forgot to answer about my eyes, really need a cateract op, had one done on the left but after that i lost the central vision so to scared to do the right, eyes pretty bad as sometimes its like looking through frosted glass, the new glasses work outside as they turn into sun glasses, it takes a few minutes to revert back when i go indoors, if they stay like this i can just manage, if not i am in big trouble,

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  So so night for me , but it was dry and quite warm  this morning , so I did manage to go for a couple of k walk first thing . I saw two baby Cyril’s chasing each other around …they were sooooo cute . I also saw a couple of butterflies ….first I’ve seen this year .  When I got back I did a a bit more in the garden , so I’ve got my dose of exercise in today .Apart from that I’ve done a load of washing , washed kitchen and bathroom floors , and had some nice M&S ham for lunch . Once my towels are dry that’s me done for the day . I hope everyone else is enjoying their Friday .

Not a bad day here, didnt do much really, ordered food from the Indian restaurant that delivers, will last all weekend anyway.

Got a nice bowl of raspberries and cream for supper, will have to put the rest of the Indian food into the fridge or freezer before bed.

At least i have F1 this weekend again, some of the programs i watch have gone off air, Stephs packed lunch, James Martins saturday kitchen, Ideal World.

Dont think i've seen a butterfly this year so far, or a bee come to think of it, mind you i only buy self fertile trees.

Am so busy now and the house is such a mess as we take stuff out of cupboards and decide if to bin, donate or take with us.

New home looking so different now MrM has done so much painting and floors done and garden done too. Son helped a bit with painting but other son working very long hours and rehearsing in his time off, so can't help.

I am doing what I can to sort stuff but looking after pup takes time too, even though she is a sweet thing.

Will pop in again when I get chance. Hardly have any free time at all now, but do make an effort to do Tea Time club, even though I was interrupted countless times today with pup wanting to play tugofwar, chewing furniture, and then wanting her tea.

I can understand you beeing so busy, dont worry about posting, its not important, i found it hard to decide what to take, what to bin etc, in fact i threw so much away saying i would get them again when i move and then found myself looking for same items, but realising i had binned them i could decide whether to replace or not.

I think you got the pup at a bad time, but not much you can do now.

I am enjoying the Indian food, had some king prawn curry with a Chapati and some Naan bread, and with each meal i buy giving me 2 meals each it doesnt work out too expensive.

I am getting together my next Iceland order ready, will get it on order for Saturday delivery, then leave the next Indian delivery till the next weekend.

Have been thinning the apples on my Red Falstaff tree, why does a small tree try to grow so many fruits, i have taken about 100 off to give it a chance, i might be too late though.

I dont have time to add another thread, i am in a few all ready.

I didnt realise the condition that made you unwell was due to existing conditions, hope it clears and leaves you well again.

Glad you got a little walk in, it just seems to be raining on and off every day, no summer this year so far.

If apples are falling off it usually means the tree has too many and you havent thinned them out and it hasnt enough sap to feed them all, if a tree has twice the apples it should have then they all only get half the food so the apples are half size, a bit like haveing 6 meals for 6 children then giving the same food to 12, they get half a meal each.

Idearly if possible you should remove all but 2 apples in a group, any small can off as they wont catch up, thinning them out will allow the rest to grow to a normal size.

My 2nd nail clipper has come, it seems better than the other and uses 2 x AA batteries.

I've asked the gardener to come again when he has tine, still some mor weeding and i want him to prune a few trees, cherry and plum need to be pruned in the summer but apple and pear get pruned when formant.

Got a load of cherry toms from the greenhouse, strange as i didnt plant any this year.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Very wet , but thankfully  not windy here today .I had a decent night , but because of the weather , I’ve not been further than emptying the bin , and to  the shop at the top of the road ….and I got soaked doing that !Aside from that I’ve not done a lot , just some washing and dusting …..so a very , very , lazy day chez Baz . I’ll be lucky to get my steps up to 3,500 today ! I had lamb chops for lunch and now I’m sprawled out on the sofa watching Brokenwood .I hope everyone else is having an equally lazy Saturday .

Mollie , I hope Dame appreciated how frugal we’ve been this week……so plenty left to spend next week, eh . Ros and I watched Millionaire Hoarders at 8 yesterday ….it was quite good , should you wish to join us next week . And don’t forget it’s Motorhomes tomorrow .I hope you’re not overdoing it this weekend ….otherwise you will be totally worn out before you even move into your new house .Hicky , thanks for the tips about the apples .I’m hoping my gardener will come this week and remove the ivy that has encroached on the bathroom window ! A little rain here, it was raining when Iceland delivery came so had to use umbrella to take frozen food to the garage freezer, i keep what i can in the house though.

I try to order a backup in case they dont have what i ordered, they had no french Fancies but as i had ordered Jaffa cakes as well and Kit Kats it wasnt a problem, i also order backup bread, a large thick and medium sliced incase 1 isnt available.

I usually manage 1k steps thats all as i dont really go out, only at 444 so far today.

Am watching darts on ITV4 from New Zealand, Masters, part of the worls series of darts.

You should get any ivey from the building, the damage done can be serious and can cost a lot to get it all removed.

Hope Mollie isnt overdoing it, so much to do for a move.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Sunny and dry here today ….for a change .A so so night ….my anxiety is through the roof at the moment ….but I did manage a long walk this morning , which helped a bit . Aside from that I’ve done a load of washing , dusted , and put bin out ready for collection tomorrow . I’d like to say it is a relaxing day , but they are digging the bliddy pavement up …..no idea why ….but hopefully it won’t take them long ! I hope everyone else is having a better day than I am !

Mollie , we’ve spoken , but hope you are taking it a bit easier today…and glad you made it for Motorhome yesterday .Hicky, I tend to order a few backups too .we had almost wall to wall rain from Friday until yesterday afternoon …but thankfully no wind to speak off .

Dry and sunny here today as well, have had so much rain lately it will have washed all foof from the ground so need to put some manure back in when gardener comes again.

I might not bother with wheelie this week as neighbour is away so cant put it out and not much in it so doesnt need emptying really.

I put the dishwasher on last night, usually do on a sunday night. in the week i wash the dishes in the sink with fairy and cold water.

I put the heating back on auto so it can come on now and again to keep the boilder ticking over, and gas is the cheapest fuel.

I have ordered a new talking watch, i fancied one which was solar so i wont run out of battery asking for the time etc.

Back, forgot to say, i read BB should start sometime in September on ITV2, dont know why it was delayed unless it was due to the weather.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  There was a big orange thing in the sky this morning ….I think they call it the sun …. …although it appears to have gone again now !Anyway , I went for a long walk first thing . I had a so so night , and I’m still feeling very low ….but the walk helped a bit . Aside from that , I’ve cleaned the bathroom and kitchen , sorted some stuff out for the charity collection, done a load of washing , and had pork chops for lunch . That’s the sum total of my exciting day …..although my lounge is starting to look like the post office sorting office !I hope everyone else is having a good Wednesday .

Mollie , I hope your day is going well …and that you aren’t overdoing it . I think we should flash Dames card again in teatime club today .Hicky , I’ve had an Apple Watch for a few years now  ….and I love it …it will even call emergency services ( and my kids ) should it detects a fall and I don’t move for a certain amount of time . My gardener came yesterday and mowed lawns and did the ivy .Great news about BB …I knew it was started in the autumn …but not sure how long it will run .

Yes, sunny here today as well, forecast says 3 days of sun so had to turn on auto watering for the outside tubs and raised beds.

Got another meal of raspberries, gardener came for another 3 hours, pruned the soft fruit trees, and the grape vine, with clearing lots of vine i now can see about 100 bunches of (Lakemont) green seedless grapes, but not ready till late september so hope the squirrels havent come back.

My lad in Cornwall has an Apple watch, i'm using this solar talking watch now but it doesnt seem to tell me the battery lavel as it should, it seems to point to 4 with the second hand but its supposed to go to 6,7 or 8 as Low, Med, High, will ring them, its Lifemax, been making the watch for 9 years.

Had 4 dippy eggs for brekkie, and a Cathedral mac n cheese for tea with rasperries and ice cream as i have run out of cram.

I didnt put my recycle wheelie bin out as it only has a little in it, and it seems noone else has either, the neighbour that usually puts them out for us is away this week, so maybe all the others done have much to put out either.

Afternoon Mollie and Hicky  Sunny , but a nice breeze and a a bit cooler . I had a dreadful night , but I did go for a walk this morning , saw loads of butterflies and a Cyril , which cheered me up a bit . My son is coming up on Sunday , so  I have cleaned kitchen , dusted , done a load of washing ….and another load to do…if I can be bothered .But I have done the duvet shuffle , so that’s one less job at the weekend . I hope everyone else is enjoying their Friday .

Mollie, I hope you slept well last night , and are not overdoing things today .Teatime club next week should be fun with some new programmes , we will be spoilt for choice . Sorry you had a bad night, a walk is good though, thats good news your son coming Sunday.

Not donr much today, Spoke to neighbour, it seems her friend put her bin out but shouldnt have.

My Amazon replacement watch came, oh dear, its worde than the other one, this one wont even tell the time as when i started it, the second hand just kept spinning, in fact it actually spun for 36 hours of the watch, i pressed a button and it stopped, i rang the Maker/seller Lifemax and he couldnt understand where it had come from, he told me to reset it to get the atomic signal, have done that, will see what happens tonight as atomic uk signal is around 3am, i can buy one direct from Lifemax, so if this doesnt wotk i will buy one from thm.

Tried the Cathedral Cauliflower Cheese, oh wow, very nice, it said oven at 180c for 35/40 mins so i preheated air fryer for 3 mins at 180c and heated for 35mins, nice, cauli stems al-denti but thats ok, plenty of cheese.

Spoke on whatsapp to Mollie yesterday, she is ok, she will be glad when move over.

A report on the watch fiasco, well, after leaving the dead watch on the LED charger for 2 hours i took it off to see if anything had changed, to my amazemant the watch was running and showing the right time, not only that but all the buttons operated as expected and it even told me the battery level, wow, it was on 7 which is medium so the old one is now wrapped ready for postman coming Monday to collect it.

My lad popped in this afternoon with mrs and son,  they were over here to pick son up as he had been with father in law for a few days as the school holiday are a problem of course, but they are going for a holiday before axhool goes back, they loved the garden, i found a Fig ready for eating, she picked cherry toms from the greenhouse to take home, she enjoyed having a swing outside on the 3 seater.

Ordered food from the Indian restaurant tonight, got a few starters, some papadoms and stuff to put on and a couple of king prawn curries with some chapaties.

Had a busy day really, started with a wet wipe washdown ahead of applying moisturiser then a change of cloths, then did a wash load and got that dried then folded and put away, got brekkie picked the raspberries from the greenhouse.

Had some more of the Indian food, a papadom with mango chutney/chopped onion & mint sauce, at 2pm, then for tea i had a prawn puri starter then a king prawn curry with kee,a nan and chapaties, later i put the dishwasher on then put it all away.

Watched million dollar caravan, and 24hrs in A&E, last night watched the Catherine Tate show, so funny.

Afternoon Mollie and Hick  Sorry I never popped in this weekend ….it was my birthday on Saturday  , and my son came up yesterday , and we went for a stroll around the local park , which was lovely . Trouble is I probably won’t see him again until Xmas . Rained on and off since last night …which matches my mood . So I’ve been trying to keep busy this morning ….not that it’s helped much ! I’ve hoovered upstairs and down , done two loads of washing , sorted the Sainsbury delivery , and put bins out ready for collection tomorrow . I had pork steaks for lunch , and that’s me done for today . I hope everyone else is having a better Monday than I am!

Happy Belated Birthday, that was lovely having your son come to see you, thats better than a vid call.

We had rain here as well, not a lot but i can see the ground doesnt look dry, i had a Papadom with the usual sauces for brekkie, going to have a Prawn Puri for tea, still eating food from the Indian food delivery.

The Post Office van driver came this morning for the parcel of the watch i'm sending back to Amazon.

Some of those expensive mobile homes are really fantastic, if money isnt a problem then why not, they are a house on wheels, i would love one of those.

I have an appointment with a COPD nurse tomorrow, it seems a long time since i saw one, think it was a couple of years ago, it was during covid time as i wasnt allowed to take the blow test, i have the test unit at home so do a test once a month, this morning i actually blew higher than i did years ago which pleased me.

I like to sit on the side of the bed, wipe body down with wet wipes, then put disposable gloves on and put double base gel all over, then put clean clothes on, i'm unlikely to slip or fall while sitting on the bed, if i fell i probably wouldnt be able to get back up.

Hope Mollie had a good day, the move is getting closer so even more needs doing for the move.

Just caught the New: The Cruise: Fun Loving Brits at sea, i managed to catch it om C5+1 at 5pm but its on all week on C5 at 4pm of course, its on the Princess Royal cruise ship with 19 decks going to the med.

My husband had copd too .Mollie and I watched the Cruise programme at 5 plus 1 on Monday too. Yes, if I could drive I’d have loved one of those motorhomes too ….but I’d want one of the million quid ones .
