Well after being the Father of 5 strapping Lads, I now find myself tring to entertain some grandchildren, they seem to want my attention.Big Grin
They follow me round and don't give me a minutes peace but I don't mind as I can always give them back.Big Grin

But it's hard to believe that they aren't mine, it seems very strange that my own Lads produced them.

Hot dogs always smell so nice but not really my kinda thing. I don't like eating meat, a dislike rather that a morality thing Roll Eyes

Looks like your team are doing well then, mind you Man-U have always given a good account of them selves.
They should walk it now then.

The treats are just that, a treat is what you have now and again, and I can't see that being bad for you, everything in moderation, and don't eat the same food for 2 days in a row, and not more than twice in a week.
Well that's my belief anyway.

The treats are very rare for me as I'm desperately trying to lose weight. 4 stone lost another 3 and a half to go Big Grin

Now there's an idea pre-frozen organic veggies. Our local area is trying to get the council to get us some more allotments so I might puut my name on the register and grow my own veggies. It'll help me to lose some more weight as well Laugh

Well you don't want to lose weight too quick, it will probably be just water, but a controlled balanced diet should do the trick, but it's a slow solution but should last the longest.

When you consider they have been saying for years that we eat twice what we need and the excess is bound to be stored.

I have been losing it slowly. Changing my eating habits a little at a time. I've been told though that I don't eat enough as I don't eat breakfast, I really can't face breakfast as it makes me feel physically ill so I eat some fruit at about 11am.
It seems like it's taking forever to get it off but at least it's staying off and I know it's not going to go back on.

I think we all need to try and pull ourselves back into RL Laugh all this watching TV and sitting at the computer can't be good for us Big Grin but this can be quite engrossing at times Laugh

It's strange that you can't eat in the morning, i've always had breakfast at 10.30 am at work but that does me till about 7pm when I eat some more.

You really should try and have something before 11am, even if it's just a bowl of corn flakes or something like that, it's not good to leave your stomach full of acids with nothing to do, it will probably do more harm than good.

I agree that sitting at the Puter for hours isn't good for you,

but neither is sitting watching the TV, that's why I need to spend a bit of time in the garden, it will probably do me more good.

Oh come on give us a break, isn't it time to knock off yet boss?
Hey Bonso, watch were that darn soil goes will ya?

It does give me trouble, I have stomach ulcers which really play up when I get stressed. Lucky for me I always try to look at the positive side of life and very rarely get stressed out.
I think we could all do with a little more excercise to make us fit and healthy Big Grin

right it's 10pm and I have to get up at 6am for work

Have a good day tomorrow Big Grin

Good evening all wavey
I am late today calling in here to see my forum buddies, but I have had a busy day. Lots of accounts stuff to do for end of year, and the dog has been sick on and off all day, so had to keep dashing outside with her, and letting her sit on my lap.
Am hoping she is a bit better by tommorrow.

Darloboy..Glad you are pleased with your football. Smiler

Suzie.. you are doing well with the diet. Smiler But like Hicky says, you really should eat in the morning, not only is it good for your stomach, but it helps start your metabolism and burn off more calories.

Emptybox.. wavey gardening or rainy day today ?
It was tumble drier day for me today, too damp to peg out.

wavey Mike.

wavey boldjohn..glad you had a good bank hol, and enjoyed the football. Smiler

Wave Sossy.. Hug

wavey Singing ringing tree.

I like all the nice piccies on this thread. Big Grin

Hope the weather is ok tommorrow Hicky, so you can do more on your veggie garden.

Well time to tidy up and get ready for bed time for me.

Goodnight all. wavey

Evening. Smiler

The day started off OK, but heavy rain in the afternoon, so only half a day's work done.
I'm starting to get a bit behind. Frowner

Was watching Ash in a dodgeball challenge this afternoon on the internet.
(Don't ask, it would take too long to explain. Big Grin)
And then she had a radio interview this evening.
All part of the promotion for her book. Cool

Watched the last part of 'All the Small Things' on BBC1 this evening, but finally decided that it was a load of rubbish. Big Grin
