Kettle crisps are good, if a bit too crunchy.
No added anything, well apart from the flavour, but they use proper 'real' ingredients.
None of the alchemy that Walkers uses lol.
Crisps don't sate any hunger anyway, they are a pointless food. Saying that I do eat a couple of packets most days.

mike omg 26 years old. We'll see Lucy again, her and my last cats are having fun now, chasing a ball of wool. They only lived till 17, they died within 3 months of each other. I still miss em too.

I'm recording BB tonight, the highlights that is. Been to the pub, it was rubbish. Says more about my company than anything though.

Report from last nights goings on in the house.
Day-4

05.06: Sree has gone to bed. Time for sleep. Palm-reading wears a guy out!

05.04: Siavash is now wandering around the kitchen with his top hat on. That boy likes his hats.

04.56: Karly, Siavash, Marcus and cairon are chatting in the kitchen. Karly has put her hair up and put some leggings on.

04.51: Sree is trying to read Kris's palm in the living room.

04.42: Freddie is sleeping like a baby in the bedroom.

04.41: Marcus tells Cairon that he thinks he is cool. He says: "I thought I'd be the coolest person in this house but then I come in here and I have to admit that you are cooler."

04.37: Cameras cut to housemates sleeping in the bedroom where all is quiet.

04.34: Siavash is wandering around the bedroom in a top hat - strange stuff.

04.25: Saffia says the worst thing that could happen on Big Brother would be for her to go in to nominate and have it shown to the other housemates. "I wouldn't mind that," says Noirin. Charlie agrees saying he'd "just be honest".

04.19: Noirin tells housemates that her sister had a baby girl on launch night.

04.08: Charlie, Kris, Saffia, Noirin and Sree go and get their duvets off their beds and take them into the living room.

04.03: Saffia comes out of the Diary Room with pictures of her children. She says everyone else will get their photographs soon. Everyone's cooing over the pictures of Millie and Albie.

Sree looks shocked when Saffia says the children have different fathers.

04.00: Big Brother calls Saffia to the Diary Room. As she goes in she can be heard saying: "Ahhh thank you."

03.51: Big Brother asks housemates to return suitcases, bags, cushions and blankets to the storeroom. Marcus says: "I told you, all this stuff is gonna be gone in the morning."

03.40: Housemates are tidying up in the kitchen - except for Marcus and Sophie who are sat chatting in the kitchen.

03.29: Charlie, Kris, Noirin, Saffia and Marcus go into the kitchen. Saffia and Marcus start drying the dishes.

03.26: Sophie comes out of the Diary Room and says she was asked about her male housemates.

03.24: Cairon is clearing up a bit in the kitchen.

03.19: Sophia is chatting to Lisa in bed.

03.18: Karly tells Cairon that she feels relaxed with him. She adds that she feels she has "a connection" with Freddie at times.

03.16: Big Brother calls Dogface to the Diary Room. Dogface Sophie says: "Ooo that's my first time, pop my cherry!" She heads off to the Diary Room.

03.14: Cairon is back and tucking into pizza and diet coke with the girls. Karly says: "I love eating. I'd love to be dead dead dead dead skinny but I can't. I love my food too much." There's nothing to her as she is!

03.10: Karly and Sophie go into the kitchen and eat some cold pizza. Cairon runs out to turn the light out in the bedroom for Angel and Lisa.

03.03: Sophia munches on a piece of cold pizza.

03.00: Sophia comes out of the Diary Room. Noirin, Kris, Saffia and Charlie are laughing hysterically in the garden.

02.59: Karly says: "We don't know what's being said about us on the outside, who's sold stories about us and all that."

Marcus says: "People can say what they like about me."

02.49: Karly says she can't wait to get her pictures.

02.47: Noirin, Kris, Saffia and Charlie are giggling in the garden's bus shelter.

02.45: Angel and Lisa are going to bed. Lisa says: "Night hun!"

02.43: Saffia does a massive burp again and says: "Oops! Pardon me!"

02.42: Kris and Charlie are munching on some more pizza in the kitchen. Sophie and Karly are listening at the kitchen door to see what they are talking about.

02.41: Big Brother calls Sophia to the Diary Room.

02.40: Sophie is waiting to go into the Diary Room. Marcus asks her to ask for his beard trimmers.

02.38: Cairon has found a pound coin in the house. Kris says: "You're not allowed money in here."

"It must have fallen out of somebody's pocket," says Karly.

02.37: Sophia is wearing a tiny white baby doll nightie and flashes her knickers. It has taken her two hours to unpack her suitcase. These girls aren't shy.

02.35: Charlie has put on Lisa's launch night outfit of gold top and skintight pvc pants.

02.33: "I'm tired," says Karly. Marcus says: "I think when we wake up tomorrow this place will be full of furniture and all the crates will be gone and everything, wait and see." Sophie and Karly don't look convinced.

02.31: Sophie says: "Do we get to keep them suitcases? We could sell 'em on eBay." Marcus says he doesn't think they can keep them.

02.19: Sophie farts. Sree says: "Was that you?" She replies: "Yeah listen." And does it again. "It's all the fizzy drinks," she says.

02.15: Sree tells Karly: "Personally for me this house is like a wonderland. like an Aladdin lamp, like a Walt Disney show." Sophie and Karly laugh.

02.13: Marcus presses the button for the Diary Room.

02.12: Saffia says she loves the colour purple. Siavash says he is going to go for a shower soon.

02.11: Charlie puts on a pair of Kris's skinny jeans.

02.09: Kris is giving Lisa a piggy back into the kitchen. Housemates have had their outfits from launch night returned to them by Big Brother. "I got my Sisqo back, I'm all good," says Cairon.

02.08: Saffia tells Noirin that she looks like the lead singer of the Vengaboys.

02.04: Housemates in the kitchen are pretending they are in a VIP area of a bar drinking Cristal. Sophie says she can't drink shots. Cairon says: "But they get straight to the point."

02.02: Housemates are singing so they sound has been cut on the live feed.

02.01: Freddie is flirting with Sophie in the kitchen.

01.59: Karly tells the boys: "Our porn movie was called 'She's the t***, I'm the a***'."

01.56: Siavash, Cairon, Freddie, Sophie and Karly head into the kitchen. Karly and Sophie are pretending to be lovers.

Sophie says: "Sometimes we just stay in bed and have sex all day. With each other."

"I'll take you back to my penthouse and show you how it's done," says Siavash.

Karly says: "We're lesbians."

Sophie jumps in: "Lesbian porn stars. Well bisexual. We'd try a man."

Siavash and Cairon look like they're in heaven.

01.55: Rodrigo says he feels like the show is now starting again. "Now everyone is the same," he says.

01.53: Sophia tells Kris and Charlie that she's trying to get her stuff into some kind of order.

01.51: Charlie owns up to Siavash about breaking the tie on his mask, but tells him he's fixed it with eyelash glue.

"Please put the stuff back on my bed when you're finished," Siavash says.

01.43: Sophia is kicking off because someone has taken her glass of white wine. She says: "That's a joke, that's a f***ing liberty innit. I've just come in the room, come on guys, give me a break. I'm gonna start getting p***ed off and a little bit rude in a minute because that is unfair."

She says to Sophie: "I know you've got it, I knew you had something to do with it Soph."

Sophie says: "Me?" And looks hurt. Sophia says: "Fine, thanks for welcoming me to the room, that's just fine."

01.41: Angel tells Saffia that she is in good condition "considering the babies".

Saffia tells Marcus and Angel that her and Sophia are getting on a little bit better now. She says: "There is a nice mix of people, it's like laugh a minute right now."

01.38: Now Charlie has broken his microphone. Saffia says: "My name is Charlie, first I broke a mask, now my microphone." Charlie denies breaking the mask (which is like an eye mask with a bird's beak attached).

01.37: Saffia burps loudly. Classy lady.

01.31: Rodrigo and Sophie look quite cosy as they share a can of cider.

01.29: Charlie appears to have broken one of Siavash's masks. Charlie, Kris and Saffia are giggling hysterically as if they are very drunk. Saffia asks: "Have we got anymore drink anyone?" Charlie tells her there is nothing left.

Charlie has glued the harlequin mask after one of the ties came off.

01.28: Saffia helps Kris get a herb that is stuck between his teeth - he is mortified that he has been walking around with it there.

01.26: Karly and Freddie are chatting in the garden. Freddie bites his lip and says: "It's weird, it's the end of the beginning and the beginning of the end."

01.21: Saffia goes into the garden and asks Siavash if she can borrow his red military style jacket for when she gets evicted. He says: "If they say they will return it to me. We will go into the Diary Room and ask." She says: "I love it, it fits me perfect. Name your price." Siavash says it was made for him and it's unique so it's not for sale.

Saffia seems rather tipsy.

01.18: Saffia and Marcus are chatting in the bedroom. Saffia says she wants to borrow something of Siavash's to go with her eviction outfit.

Lisa tells Charlie he looks "like a bounty hunter" in Siavash's clothes. Sophie says: "What's a bounty hunter?"

01.12: Cairon says: "If they'd give us some music that would be excellent, if they'd give us some Lady GaGa."

01.10: Cairon and Siavash are chatting and smoking from the pipe in the garden, most of the housemates are dancing around in the bedroom.

Cairon tells a scantily-clad Karly: "I swear to God if you didn't have a boyfriend."

Siavash says: "You look fine!"

01.08: Sree says to Siavash: "Eh, what did I tell you, I'm born with the sexiness innit."

01.07: Most housemates head back into the bedroom. They are loving raiding Siavash's eccentric wardrobe.

01.05: Big Brother reminds housemates to keep the noise in the garden to a minimum. Angel moans that she is cold.

01.03: Sree is walking around in his Y-fronts. Rodrigo is in the bedroom with Angel and Sophie.

01.02: Karly is wearing a pair of tiny silver sequinned hot pants with her bum hanging out. Kris and Charlie are wearing Siavash's outrageous clothes.

01.00: Siavash is letting housemates try out his Tibetan pipe in the garden. Everyone is enjoying having their clothes back. Noirin is trying to get a fashion show going. Saffia tells Siavash: "Your clothes are AMAZING."

00.52: Noirin is trying on some of Siavash's hats in the bedroom. Housemates are raiding his suitcase. Charlie says: "He's definitely gay, he's got to be."

00.50: Noirin, Saffia and Charlie pinch some extra alcohol that should have been rationed out.

00.45: Charlie is dressed up in one of Siavash's hats and jackets. Karly says: "His stuff is so f***ed up, eh?!"

00.44: Freddie says to Lisa: "We need to reign in this lets just get loads of alcohol and no food thing." Lisa says: "Yeah definitely, I'm not a big drinker, sod that!"

00.42: Saffia tells Lisa that Charlie knocked over her glass of wine.

00.41: Lisa says of Beinazir: "I liked her I did. I wish she was still here."

00.38: Housemates are sharing out the alcohol. Rodrigo is sat alone and looks upset. Lisa is enjoying her pizza. She asks Rodrigo if he's ok.

00.33: Saffia says: "I'm drunk already."

00.32: Karly tucks into her second slice of pepperoni.

00.31: Cairon suggests a toast: "To Beinie and Big Brother." The housemates all toast to that.

00.28: Rodrigo pops open the champagne to whoops and hollers all around.

00.26: Housemates are munching away on the pizza and look in heaven. They agree to eat first and open the alcohol after. Kris says: "This is like my favourite food ever."

00.25: Big Brother announces that the storeroom is now open for them to collect food and drink to celebrate - there is pizza, beer and champagne.

00.24: Siavash is showing off his hat collection to Angel. He says: "That one is a WWII Italian army hat." Impressive.

00.22: Marcus teases Sree for having so many toiletries while Angel takes her make-up off.

00.13: Cairon and Siavash go out into the garden.

00.11: Karly and Lisa go into the garden to have a cigarette. They are moaning that Big Brother hasn't given them anymore food.

00.10: Siavash goes into the kitchen and says: "Where are the crisps and stuff?" Poor bloke is starving after three days on cold soup.

00.09: Saffia goes into the kitchen to see if they have been given any booze. there is none. Sophie says: "Shall we say there is s*** loads of booze?" They tell other housemates and they all run to the kitchen.

00.08: BB announces that the bedroom is now open. Former non-housemates are excited about getting their suitcases.

00.00: Lisa says she wants to sleep as she's tired. Housemates are wondering whether they will get food and drink tonight.

23.54: Siavash and Marcus have a hug. Marcus says: "You said you'd be first out and you were wrong. You could have got the most votes for all you know." Siavash shakes his head.

23.53: Cairon says: "Ah f***, it was her birthday on Tuesday as well." Saffia says they will have a party for her.

23.49: Sree tells Siavash he doesn't think Beinazir could have handled being in Big Brother for any longer as she was "very sensitive".

23.48: Kris says: "I can't believe people are crying and it's only been a few days. Everything is magnified in here innit?"

Angel is sobbing and says she was really good friends with Beinazir.

23.47: Charlie is teary. Sree and Kris give him a cuddle. Geordie Charlie says: "I am really upset ya know. I loved her."

23.46: Cairon congratulates Siavash.

23.45: Previous non-housemates are celebrating being part of the gang. Siavash says: "People, I would not wish that on my worst enemy." Most housemates seem in shock.

Sree says: "I'm really upset. The really game is hard from now."

23.44: Beinazir is the first contestant to get the boot from the BB house.

Just been listening to Kate being interviewed on the This Morning show.
It seems that The Apprentice was filmed last Autumn with 2 endings, one with Kate winning as well.

And it also mentions that Jasmina & Kate were so good Sir Alan wanted to hire them both but the BBC wouldn't let him.

But they didn't know who had won until they showed it last night, strange!

Just seen the 2 from the Apprentice on This Morning. And they confirmed what you say Hicky. How strange that they shot 2 endings, one telling each woman that they had won. I guessed SirA liked both of them. But I did prefer Jasmina.

Finding BB really strange this year with no feed at all in the day, and what a strange time to do an eviction on a Sunday night. Too late to get many viewers I would of thought when it is a working day next day.

Busy day for me today, hate Mondays... house a mess after the weekend, loads of washing to catch up with, and today have accounts to do , and a very hard OU science project to help daughter with. Emptybox... shame you arent closer, I am sure, with you being the science expert, you could of done it with your eyes closed.

My day off today, have to wait in for a bit, expecting a delivery of another table and chairs for the garden, mainly for the children and for when we have a BBQ, the main glass table only seats 6, so this is another 6 seater as well.

I thought it a bit mean having an eviction on a Sunday night, don't think any should go till after a couple of weeks, don't see the point at all.

Don't succumb to temptation, it's not the answer, but it's an easy way out.
Take a few fruit sweets of something like that to get you past the craving period.

I think that those that are good in the business field will succeed anyway with or without Mr Sugar.

It seems strange filming the series during Autumn and showing it in the spring,

I know you are dieting, but maybe you could just put the diet on a bit of a hold, until you feel confident with the no smoking? Could the light head be down to not much food, do you think? I had a light head when I took the dog a walk today, because I hadn't eaten much, I often get it when I am on a good diet day. Good luck, I hope tommorrow proves easier for you.

I would still go as they will let you know what sort of routine they want you to do then next time you go in you can just get on with it. But if you do decide to do some work out I wouldn't push it to much as you won't be up to full strength

The garden furniture arrived today as promised.
It seems ok, a good size anyway with 6 nice seats.

I'm still catching up with the overnight live feed, good job they didn't stay up all night.
Only 23 minutes to go now, watched 340 minutes of it.

I might have some sweets around here somewhere but don't really have a sweet tooth. Maybe if I get some grapes and strawberries tomorrow get some natural sugars inside me
I'm sure I'll be fine just need to keep fighting it but have to say my jaw is really starting to ache with this gum
