Evening Both.
Not too bad a day, cooler at 17c but no rain and sunny spells.
Went shopping to the far away Sainsbury's, got loads of stuff, had to get stuff in for the grand children, they want a curry anyway, have got rice on now, going to freeze it as it's nicer after it's been frozen as it separates the grains somehow, had brekkie while i was there as well.
Just had Salmon and fried Potato with some of my pickled cucumber.
The gardener called round, had been next door for hours, he came to get a cucumber and see how my garden was doing, pretty impressed anyway, he was amazed to see the grapes and the Kiwi Berries with all the berries hanging down from the overhead support system.
No eviction tonight, no live show either, glad anyway of that.
Mollie, No wonder i failed the colour test, i have a feeling they had an easier test before the Ishihara one which probably showed some problems, but after the second test, that was it, no way back, thought i had got out of the army, no, back to the Royal Signals, the first on the front line giving communications from the front to the Generals sitting by the fire.
Expensive tree paint, haven't told O/H she might collapse.
Emptybox, this rain sure messes your schedules up doesn't it?
The grandchildren are pretty old now, 12.14.19 is getting on a bit, O/H asked one how hot she likes her curry, she said between mild and hot, bless.
At the other house we used to all be very close, we used to cook, bake make fudge and toffee, and they had to help as much as they could, so we have even got cup cake mixes in case they fancy making some cakes with ready made icing as well, but we have thin link sausages in case they want a BBQ with burgers.
Because the mass of colour on the tomato's is constant, i probably don't see what others see, i can see the difference between how they start and how they should be, the bigger the mass of a single colour the easier i can see it, shades of most colours seem like a range of greys.
O/H often says, look at all those beautiful colours on the flowers over there, i can't see them at all at a distance, very frustrating really.
Sometimes i had problems in the dark seeing the traffic light, i knew the red was at the top but from a distance if only 1 light was on i couldn't tell which it was till i got nearer, then i could see the light unit which was fine.
Yes, Shaun said thats what stopped him being a helicopter pilot.
It seems there are other benefits from using the paint, i will be able to see the trunk a lot easier.
Enjoying CBB anyway, thats important, to me.
