Hi both.
Raining all day here and cold as well. Useless.
Looks like it might be dry over the next few days, but not sure how I'll get the work done if we get any more rain. I'm at least a week behind now.
Ridiculous weather for July.

That's good that you were able to pick more fruit Hicky. And there's a lot coming on your kiwi berry.
That's an interesting idea about a new roof for your insect hotel.
Fish and chips with curry is a combination I haven't tried.

Glad you got the hot weather for your swing chair Mollie. That really is a different world to the weather I'm having.
Didn't watch the Hotel Inspector, I was watching Today at Wimbledon.
Fairly sure it's back to a Friday eviction this week.

emptybox

Evening Mollie.

Finished the new roof for the insect hotel, it now has 4cm sides have lined it with plastic binbag to stop the wood from rotting, have put 3 drain holes in the front with mini plastic pipe to let the water out, not sure how i fasten it to the hotel though.

Picked more raspberries, have enough for the Jam now, just need to check i've got everything needed.

Planted the last Big Boy tomato plant i bought, it has a big Tub in the greenhouse to itself, i had previously re-potted it into one of my special pots and when the roots showed though it was time to move it to it's final place and with my pots it's so easy to get the plant out now.

I'm very pleased with this new tape i discovered, didn't even know they made it, it's like a Sellotape  with a nylon web built in, impossible to tear or break and it comes in big rolls so i can use it instead of just using electrical tape.

Went to Costco as we needed a few bits, gallon zip freezer bags, kitchen rolls, coffee mate, got a few goodies as well, Forest Feast, Coco Mango with Belgian Milk Chocolate, and Goldenberry superfruit snack.

Also got a short sleeve shirt and a pair of shorts called WearFirst and they do look so well made, they have fantastic clothes.

The food area is closed, probably being refurbished, so only hot dogs on a side stall.

It wasn't the red gooseberries it was a normal one, the red ones aren't all ripe yet.

I enjoyed it, so did O/H, we had it with custard, it was a bit sweet and sour, probably because i just picked what was on the plant instead of picking the ripe ones, mind you, they all looked the same to me apart from the size, the smaller ones probably needed another week or so, but it made it more interesting.

Reading the card that comes with one of the cucumber plants it says pick the mini ones at 9cm - 11cm, will some are that now so i'll have to start picking some.

I think the eviction is Friday this week, will have to check, hope Joe or tom goes.

Just had one of those frozen rice packs with veg in it, it's a microwave pack, sliced a ribeye steak up to fry and made half a pint of chip shop curry, yummy.

Loving the toasties with cheese and tomato in them, i butter the outside or the bread after i have cut the top of the bread off and lay the bread in the toastie rack, layer the cheese all over, i buttered the side of the bread inside so it seals with the cheese to stop the sides parting then layer with tomato slices but not to the edge.

I made on for O/H the other day, she said it was the best she's tasted.

Hicky

Evening Emptybox.

Didn't see your post till i posted, unless it was on a new page.

Yes, even June was bad for you with the rain, July started bad as well, hope you can catch up soon.

Yes, need to pick more cherries as well, there is loads ready, will pick more peas at the weekend as well,

I'm more than excited about the Kiki Berries, never eaten one before either.

The new insect hotel roof should be amazing, O/H's idea so it should look good.

I think it's Friday as well, not sure why it was changed to Thursday.

shame you had rain and cold again yesterday, hope it was better today.

It was far too hot here today!

BB...that is good if it is a Friday eviction , I prefer that.

Did you see the rumours that Scarlett Moffatt might be on Strictly?

BB...I thought Joe was really horrible in last nights show, not keen on Tom, but I think Joe is the nastiest of the 2, so hope he goes. Charlette does not deserve to go.

hope it was nice enough for you to get in your garden today Hicky.

Had to take son to hospital today, he has been getting pain in his leg , the one that got broken when he was 10 years old and in his hip too. He has been referred to physio and podiatry as they think he has flat feet that can make his problem worse.

Daughter got food shopping whilst we were at hospital, what a huge trolley we need to feed 6 people and 2 pets!

Have a good evening. I am hoping it is a bit cooler tomorrow, but forecast is saying 30 degrees!!

M

Hicky

saw your posts after I posted mine.

Thats good work finishing your roof.

Glad the weather was ok for you to pick your raspberries and sort the tomatoes out.

Your special tape sounds like it could come in very handy.

I see you have stocked up from Costco. We too have had those Goldenberry snacks from Costco, very nice. I think their clothes are very good quality, but what a shame the food area was closed, we always go there as it is such value.

I guess by having sweet and sour gooseberries with custard, you wouldn't of noticed the sour taste much. Let us know what you think of the red ones when you have them.

Your toasties sound delicious. I bet you are pleased you can get so much use out of your new toaster, and that your OH enjoys them so much.

Joanna Lumley with a new series starting in India at 9pm tonight, I really like her.

I recommend last nights Hotel Inspector too from last night if you can watch it on catch up.

Enjoy Big Brother xxx

M

Evening both.
Dry here for a change. No sun though, gloomy and about 15 degree high.
Got some work done anyway. Nibbling away at that backlog. Trouble is everything was still wet from yesterday's rain.

Hicky, glad you got the insect hotel roof finished and have picked enough rasps for your jam. :cool;
Think I might have some of that sort of tape in the workshop, unless I used it all up?
You two make good use of your Costcos. Pity there isn't one near me.
Sounds like you picked some of those gooseberries prematurely?

Mollie, pity it was too hot for you today.
Can't see Scarlett doing Stictly? But I guess you never know.
Pity your son's leg and hip are giving him problems, but good that they might be solved by physiotherapy.
That's good that your daughter was able to get the shopping in.
No, I don't like Joe at all either. Really hope he goes this week.

Didn't watch Joanna Lumley. I watched Today at Winbledon till 9pm, then the prog about Landlords on BBC1, then BB.

Evening Both.

Not a bad day here, 24c sunny spells with 6-11 variable speed winds.Picked some stuff to go to O/H's mother, cherries, cucumber, baby ones, peas and lettuce.

Have fitted the new bug hotel roof, and sealed it, have added water to the sphagnum moss, will find the Alpine Rockery Perennial plants tomorrow, if we can find them.

I see France is saying all cars using petrol or diesel will be banned from 2040.

Roasted another piece of belly pork, still trying to get the crackling right, trying different ways but none are as i would like, just tried 220c for 40 minutes then another 10 but still not right, and i have a fan oven.

I'm missing out on some good programs, with Love Island on from 9pm and BB from 10pm, but Love Island sometimes runs on for 20 minutes so have to record that then watch it at 11pm

I've lost track of all the posts here, not sure what is what.

Here is the tape, strong as, had never seen it until i got a package with it on, wow, strong. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rolls...D-TAPE/dp/B007C8G7QE

Enjoying these Golden Berry's, these are similar but mine are covered in plain chocolate and dusted in coco. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Golde...-fruit/dp/B00N7JLUIM

Hope Tom goes tomorrow really, but Joe as a bad second.

These other chocy sweets are called coco mango, coco meaning coconut, covered in Belgian chocolate, how awful, having to eat 600g of these, don't you feel sorry for me?

Have made the shopping list out but as O/H is off this week think she will go shopping anyway, i'll stay in, not keen on wandering around looking for stuff that has usually moved.

that's good the weather dried up a bit for you to get a days work done, pity it is so difficult as the ground is still wet though. It must be a lot harder work when the ground is wet, so hope it hasn't affected your bad back. Any luck getting out to work today?

Hicky

glad you got the nice weather. I bet your OH's mother was pleased with all that garden produce you gave her.

Hope you manage to find the plants you need.

That is interesting about France and the cars, I read volvo are going all electric from 2019.

Hope you sort your cracking out. They have it when we go for the Toby carvary, my OH likes it.

Thanks for the tape link, I am going to order some as it looks useful to have round the house. What have you used it for so far?

Yes those are the same goldenberrys we tried at costco, except as you say , theirs is dusted in cocoa. Very nice too. I can imagine you have very little trouble eating the coco sweets.

Don't blame you leaving the food shopping to OH, it is a long task, especially as you say, when they keep moving things around.

Very hot and sunny again today, but thankfully this evening the wind has turned and it is a bit fresher. It was so hard to sleep last night in the stuffy heat.

BB...I had to at them trying to eat their meal whilst getting shocked! I bet you wouldn't like to eat your curries whilst being shocked, would you Hicky?

Watching the kids in the circus, then looking forward to BB.

Goodnight both xxx

M

Hi both.
Quite a bit warmer here today. Up to 20 degrees, which feels quite hot to me.
Damp start though, and rain again this evening, but dry enough during the day to get some jobs done.

Hi Hicky. Hope OH's mother appreciates the home grown produce.
Yes I saw that about France wanting to go all electric by 2040. That's a long way away. Some countries such as Norway want to get there by 2025.
Don't think we've got a hope, as we just don't have the electricity generating capacity. That would have to change. Or we'd have to move to fuel cell technology, where hydrogen is used to produce electricity in the car, so it doesn't have to charge up.

That tape looks different to the stuff I have. Mine is thicker than that and silver in colour, but still with the woven pattern.
Pity you are having difficulty perfecting your crackling.
Belgian chocolate and coconut sounds horrible. I don't envy you at all.

Mollie, glad the weather is still nice for you, but not as stuffy.
Yes, the shock suits are always good.
That Sue is beginning to annoy me with her shrieking though.
Before BB I watched Who Do You Think You Are with Charles Dance.

emptybox

Evening Both.

Just got 5 minutes into my post and computer rebooted, darn it.

My shopping arrived fine, as expected, then we went to a garden centre for some Alpine plants, got 7 of them, all installed on new bug hotel roof.

Got some new shorts and shirts while out,

Just had burger and sausages off BBQ for tea.

will install auto watering for the hotel roof garden tomorrow, easy enough.

Mollie, Yes, they are going crazy about the electric cars, the way to go i suppose, need better batteries and charging facilities first.

I'm going to try taking the crackling off and roasting it on it's own.

I have started using the new tape for most of the jobs i used electrical tape for, mainly in the garden, it's so strong you need to cut with a knife to get it off.

Those Goldenberries are so more-ish, wow so hard to stop eating them.

Have you tried the frozen vegetable rice from Sainsbury's yet, so yummy, just add whatever you want with it, you heat the pack in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

It's not an electric shock, it's just a vibrator isn't it, they can't give them shocks in 2017.

I recorded the circus kids as something was on at the time.

Emptybox, Glad you got some jobs done, you are getting more than your fair share of rain all right.

Yes, it would take an awful lot of power to run all the cars if they turned electric, can you imagine the accidents, you can't hear them running on the road so could be a problem, and imagine how many charging stations would be needed around the country, a staggering amount, imagine the queues.

You say your tape is silver, it's not the tape i've got, this tape can never be ripped or torn so can only be cut with scissors or a knife.

Yes, i noticed that it's so hard eating those Belgian chocolates, mind you too many could be sickly.

BB Sue is so jealous of Chanelle and more than annoying me, but hope Tom goes tonight.

Hicky

Emptybox

glad you got some work done and got some warm weather. Hope you did again today.

What do you use your special tape for? Fixing stuff I guess?

I actually thought Hurrican Sue was very funny the way she was shrieking at the ferret liking her feet. A funny task that one was. But at Sam suddenly bunging his you know what out on display! What a strange fella.

Hicky

Hope you and your guests at your hotel are pleased with the new alpine plants on the roof.

I have never tried the veg rice from Sainsburys, but will try and remember to get some next time we go to Sainsburys.

Thats nice to have a BBQ for tea.

I expect as time goes by, we will just adapt to electric cars, eventually replacing petrol stations with electric points, but for some time, they wil have to have both systems running.

Hope you are still enjoying your Belgian choccies.

We went out for tea to a nice pub that has recently had new owners and been done up. I booked a table a few days ago, so I could ask for a sea view table, so it was great to sit and look at the view whilst eating. I had cheese, onlon and potato pie with sweet potato fries and coleslaw, and we shared key lime pie/ice cream after, that was delicious.

Looking forward to the eviction, (can't decide if I find Joe or Tom the most annoying!).

enjoy the show xxx

M

Hi Mollie and Hicky.
Drizzly and cloudy today and cooler than yesterday. Some sunshine from 7pm.

That's bad that your computer rebooted without asking permission Hicky. You need to train it better.
You must have enough shorts by now? You seem to buy a pair every time you go out.

Yes I think they are vibration pads they have in BB.
That's a lot of alpine plants for the bug hotel roof. It must be bigger than I thought.

Hi Mollie.
I don't know if I've ever used the silver tape? It was here from my Dad's time. Not sure what he used it for? I think it's waterproof for outside jobs.
That's good that you got a table with a view for your pub meal.

No, I couldn't stand Sue's screeching. And I didn't like the way she was going round baiting people. Just trying to get attention.
Really glad Joe was evicted tonight.
I just assumed Sam's display was some sort of mating ritual?

Evening Both.

Quite a warm day here, 18c with sun all day, slight wind.

Finished sorting the bug hotel roof, repositioned some of the Alpine plants, inserted 2 drink mini beakers for insects to get water, have finished the watering system for the roof, will adjust in the morning to get the spray in the best position.

picked a few more raspberries, want to chop down the spent canes when they stop producing, going to be hard to find the base of the canes with all the growth, got to be done.

Have made new wooden arms to position the sprays in the greenhouse, they fasten to the wooden shelving i put up, each one has a slot about 4" long so i can slide and turn it into position, it is fastened with threaded screws and has a penny washer with a 6mm wing nut that fastens it down.

Made a sandwich with the mini cucumber from the greenhouse, gave 2 to a neighbour, they are only just over 4" long but plenty for one.

Mollie,  Had burgers for brekkie, having a cheese cauliflower meal, it's in the oven now.

They need to sort out this charging for the electric cars at service stations etc, far too many companies controlling the cash on different networks, crazy, think it might have to be taken over by 1 company or it won't be practical at all.

That cheese, onion and potato pie sounds nice, not had sweet potato fries i don't think.

Glad Joe went, i would have preferred Tom really.

Emptybox, I've only got 6 pairs of shorts now, different colours and makes, the last 3 pairs came with belts, good idea.

The Alpine roof is about 650 x 250mm so it's big enough really.

I do't understand what Sue's game is, she's making herself look soft.

And Sam and Ellie, i wish they would leave them alone, they are harmless enough, they are getting edited bad though.

Hicky

both xx

Emptybox

shame the sun waited till 7pm to come out.

Yes I too was glad to see Joe evicted, I think he could be very unpleasant at times.

Sam's mating ritual...   well it looked like his "would be" mate was not unimpressed any way.

Hicky

glad to hear you made such good progress on the hotel, I am sure your guests will be very comfy now and impressed with the decor.

Did you go for salmon with your cucumber sandwiches? Bet your neighbour will enjoy the cucumber.

I love cauliflower cheese...yummy.... Now you mention it.... I think I will make one tomorrow for tea.

I bet you would really like sweet potato fries, they taste so nice, and come out a lovely texture. A lot of pubs seem to offer then now when we eat out.

Oh yes, I find it so annoying the way the other HM's keep interferring with Ellie and Sam. Surely it is none of their business if they want to kiss? Bossy lot!

Daughter and I went to see Funny Girl at the big theatre in Cariff this afternoon. It was really good, Sheridan Smith was brilliant in the lead part. In case you don't know her name, here are some pics of her that you might recognise her.

Enjoying watching BB now.

Evening both.
Lovely sunny day here for a change, with a little breeze so not too hot. A high of about 20 degrees I think.
Downside was I had to do a day's work.
Actually in shorts and T-shirt tonight because it's still warm enough. First time for a couple of weeks.

Hi Hicky. Glad you got more work done on your bug hotel and picked some more rasps. Also got some work done in your greenhouse.
Not sure why it should be more complicated to buy electricity than it is now to buy petrol from a self-service pump? Just use your normal credit or debit card surely?
Only six pairs of shorts? I thought you'd have many more pairs by now.

Hi Mollie. Glad you enjoyed the play at the theatre. Yes I know who Sheridan Smith is.
I like sweet potatoes, but have never tried turning them into chips. Maybe they do pre-made ones?

I don't like Simone, but looks like the other girls are ganging up on her, which might make her an underdog, and get public support?

Think Sue is trying too hard to make an impact. It might backfire on her.

Evening Both.

Another rather warm day, no real wind, 18c sunny spells.

Had to change the watering for the hotel roof, needed 2 sprays to cover it from the front, also had to add an aluminium angle with 2 holes for the spray heads and cut half of the angle in the centre each side of the 30mm square section that i have fixed to go from the main frame above the raised beds over to the hotel, i added another 'T' piece for another 4mm pipe so i have 2 for the watering, i angled the section that fixes to the square bar, but with it being aluminium i can alter the angle quite easy, both have the adjustable mini taps to get the right amount of watering.

Noticed the Blackbird couldn't find any cherries to pinch so it has started on the red gooseberries, but with the skin being different it can't pull them off or each the flesh, it sort of attacks it with the beak but as it can't hold it still it has a problem, the bush has thorns as well, i think i better put some on the ground for it.

Had 4 sausages left over from the BBQ the other day, did them on the BBQ, very nice, then later O/H did a rack of trimmed lamb rib which we shared, have just cooked a big pack of chicken wings for tea, between us.

Mollie, No, with the cucumber i had cheese and tomato, that was fine, we do have loads of salmon in tins.

Will try those sweet potato fries if i get the chance.

Glad you enjoyed Funny girl, she certainly seems to get a lot of work, wow.

Emptybox, Pity you had to work, you really need a stand-in.

I hope to be in short sleeve shirt and shorts all summer, hate going back to winter clothes.

The problem with the electrical charge supplies at the outlets, they aren't run by the company that supplies the petrol/diesel it is nothing to do with them, there are 7 types of socket, 7 charging rates, 46 networking companies, 14 payment types, it's a night mare, non of them use bank cards, thats the problem, each had their own card and you have to had pre-registered and got a card, crazy.

At the moment we are hanging fire, don't like the diesel future and the petrol is also in for a hammering unless you use that and electric, with Volvo going all electric and France banning all Diesel and petrol cars then the future is being set right from now, so it needs to be taken into consideration.

Hicky

Emptybox

glad you got the sun, hope your back bore up after a days work. Nice to be able to wear your t shirt and shorts, let's hope that continues.

Day off today I guess as it is Sunday?

Yes the girls led by Chanelle behaved awful towards Simone last night. I am beginning to thank that Chanelle can be a nasty piece of work if she is not the leader of the gang and the centre of attention.

Yes Sue is a rather strange one the way she behaves. Still it all makes interesting viewing for us.

Hicky

Glad you got a nice day today , so was able to make good progress with the insect hotel.

You certainly had your share of meat today, that I am sure you enjoyed.

I would of passed on that, but joined you for your cucumber twinned with cheese and tomato.

Yes lets hope you have lots more shorts/tshirts days to come.

You are right it is hard to know how things are going to go car wise. Round the time OH bought his diesel everyone was telling you to buy diesel, now everyone tells you to avoid! Looks like electric will be the way to go, but how long before it gets easier to go electric? Who knows?

Gosh what a hot day it was today! When OH took me in the car to go to mums it was showing 30 degrees! I did take mum down sea front for an ice cream, but it was so hot, I didn't walk too far today. I had a scoop of coffee, and a scoop of clotted cream with caramel ice cream in a cone. Delicious. Lots of people cooling off in the sea today. Mum was very tired today, think it was the heat, and my private carer had taken her out for nearly all day yesterday to the summer fete. She didn't eat too badly though, but was closing her eyes by the time the carers arrived to put her to bed. What lovely pleasant hard working girls they are.

When I got home daughter had cooked all the family a roast dinner and a mac cheese risole thing for me to have with the veg she had made. I enjoyed it.

Me and OH enjoyed a little sit out on the swingchair but came in when it got too hot today.

Yes sweet potatoes are great as normal chips but also delicous if made like roast potatoes.

Looking forward to BB tonight.

Wonder if it will be normal nomination process this week, especially as it is a double eviction.

Have a good evening both xxx

M

Evening Mollie.

Interesting having a double eviction now Joe has gone, clever eh, if it was last week we would have lost Tom & Joe, it's all planned of course, nothing is coincidental in BB.

It's just a matter of time before everyone is forced to go EV, standards will have to be brought in, the Government will have to take control in the future.

At least you got to the seafront, as you say, too hot to be walking around.

That was nice Daughter doing you a roast dinner.

Here's my Bug Hotel with the Alpine rockery roof, the watering pipes are attached to an aly angle which doesn't really show, you can see the mini variable taps though and the pipes.

Bug Hotel

Hicky

Evening both.
Cloudy and drizzly here today. High of about 15, so no shorts tonight.

That's a good pic Hicky. I can see what you are talking about now.
Not sure who is going to read your warning about the anti-climb spikes?
Yes the roof is a good place to put those plants.

Sounds like it was a scorcher for you Mollie? Glad you enjoyed your mixed ice cream. Pity the heat took it out of your Mum.
Great that your daughter cooked you all dinner.
Oh yes, we get rid of two of the BB lot next week. Wonder who will be in the firing line?

Hi Hicky. Yes probably best to feed the blackbird rather than having it pinch your cherries.
I think fuel cell electric cars will probably be the next thing, so you'll only have to fill them up with hydrogen.
But it seems to me they are trying to get rid of petrol and diesel vehicles before electric is really ready for the consumer. Motoring might become very expensive.
We'll probably all end up on electric bicycles.

emptybox

Evening Emptybox.)

A rather cloudy day here for most of the day, sun out now though, 16c mind with 11 winds.

Tried those tinned baby spuds for brekkie with bacon and beans, so many spuds in a small cheap tin, wow, heated them then sliced and fried then added the chopped cooked bacon, popped onto the plate and added the beans, microwave tubs.

Went to B&Q for 2 bags of the read mix concrete for fence posts, need it as one of the fake trees O/H has outside fron door has fell to bits, not sure what the mix is in the pot but it sure isn't concrete, it fell to bits, think the window cleaners knocked it over, will sort it.

For midday i had chopped fresh toms with shrimps and cheese with red sauce.

Just put a piece of belly pork in the oven, still trying to get the crackling right, have put in oven bag to save messing oven up, might take out of bag when all rendering is done, if the crackling isn't done i'll take it off the meat and put it back, i won't be beaten.

Re-potted 3 baby Fig trees that have shown roots in the clear pot, couldn't move till they showed.

I put the climbing warning signs up as they come free, but the spikes are really for the animals, cats, and squirrels, not that it helps too much but i think it is a deterrent, also warns anyone in the garden not to jump up onto the fence.

Tom, Hannah and Charlotte bottom of the pile, but of course who is up this week.

It will be interesting to see how the electric age pans out, don't know much about hydrogen myself.

PS: Just made the best crackling i've ever made, the belly pork had been uncovered in the fridge for days, it had dried out so much, scored it and oiled it, no salt at all, had oven of 220c (it's a fan oven as well) put the pork in an oven bag to save some of the mess, had it standing on a grill pan rack to keep it up a bit, gat it an hour, after 45 i cut the top off the oven bag and left it alone for the rest of the hour which was about 15 minutes, took it out an walla, perfect crunchy crackling, what a shock we got.

Hi Hicky.
Rainy cloudy and cool here. No good for work.

Got my invoices done and went into town to do some banking. Also booked my van in for it's MoT on Wednesday.

Also watched a lot of Wimbledon on telly. Murray, Konta and the Rafa Nadal match.

Glad you've finally cracked the crackling conundrum.
Tinned spuds for brekkie isn't usual surely? But I'm used to your strange tastes by now.
Pity one of your OH's fake trees was felled. Hopefully you'll be able to repair it with the concrete.
Yes I suppose the warning signs might stop the kids leaping up on the fence. Or might deter a well read squirrel.

My toms have now reached the roof of the greenhouse, so I've pinched out the growing tips. They've all now got 5 trusses going, so hopefully it'll encourage more tomatoes to start forming.
Glad your figs have got to the stage where they needed repotting.

There's a rumour that one HM will be evicted on the quiet on Thursday and then another on Friday. Not sure if that's been confirmed?

emptybox

Hicky

thanks for the photo, your insect hotel is looking great. Very neat job. And the greenery on the top does look good.

Well done on working out how to get your crackling done to perfection. I knew you'd work it out eventually.

Tinned potatoes...that is a good idea to get some quick fried potatoes as part of a cooked brekkie.

What a shame one of your trees got ruined.

Emtybox

well done getting your invoices done, Is your back any better now?

Let's hope the van gets through the MOT alright on Monday.

Sounds like you are going to get some healthy tomatoes this season.

Yes I reckon whether we eventually convert to electric or hydrogen, it is bound to cost the motorist a fortune! (like everything else recently!).

Be interesting to see if one HM is booted out the back door on Thursday. I think those evictions are a bit mean though.

If it is normal nominations, seems a bit pointless really as it is obvious the newbies Sue and Simone are in the firing line from all the HM's.

I didnt mind Chanelle at first, but she is really irritating me now. Ridiculous attention seeker, I didn't like how she snatched the crown off Deborah. Good job Deborah is not the sort to go off on one, can you imagine what Chanelle would of been like if she had won and someone eg Simone had snatched the crown off her? Deborah did deserve to win imo, she looked so glamourous.

These lot must be the worst team players in BB history, not one of them has refused their messages from home yet, nor have they exactly rushed to pull the cord when they have had the message in order to save time for the others! I expect tears/tantrums or anger if time runs out, and it means one or two of them are not able to get their message at all.

Didn't do much today, just usual tidying, paperwork etc.

It started to rain heavy this afternoon but at least it is cooler.

Just had colyflower cheese, sweet potato, Jersey potatoes, peas for tea. Very nice.

Oh good, I see HOtel Inspector is on again tonight, I like this show.

Have a good evening both xxx

M

Evening Both.

A cloudy wet day, just light rain/drizzle most of the time, not very nice.

Had a nice brekkie out, i tried the last 2 pair of shorts on and they are too tight, not nice loose ones like Costco have, so O/H wanted to get them back to the garden centre were we got them, anyway, that sorted we had brekkie.

Might be getting another out tomorrow as i'm booked in for a haircut in the morning.

Been watching tennis, also baked some spuds and had cheese over them.

O/H wanted another cucumber from the greenhouse, they grow quick in there, some peppers on the way as well.

The tomato plant i got a short time ago is doing well, flowers all ready and growing well.

Emptybox, Spuds are great for brekkie, if i have leftover ones i slice and fry, very nice to bacon etc but tried the tinned ones which are about 45p already cooked and you get so many in such a small tin.

I don't know what this fake tree is set in but when the stuff gets wet it dissolves, very strange, when i get it all out i'm sure the concrete won't dissolve.

The squirrel goes along the fence with it's feet on the side so it doesn't touch the spikes.

I heard one is being kicked out of BB Thursday, no crowd, nothing, good, then another Friday.

Mollie, It was only a spiral of fake leaves etc, easily mended when we get some nice weather.

Fried spuds for brekkie is similar to using hash browns really, and you can have anything with them.

Hicky

Hi both.
Started off with a bit of drizzle but turned into a nice day with quite a lot of sun, and quite warm this evening.
Shorts again tonight.
Got quite a few jobs done as I won't get much done tomorrow, with the van being in the garage.

I'm considering cycling to one job tomorrow, because I can use all their tools, so don't have to take anything with me. Might take about 40 minutes to cycle there though, so I'll see how energetic I feel.

My back seems to be OK at the moment Mollie.
Pity you got the rain, but at least it'll be cooler, so easier to get to sleep.
That sounds a nice meal.
No I'm not very keen on Chanelle either.
I like Charlotte, but I think it would have been better if Isobel had got to see her sister, because I think Mandy coming in didn't do Charlotte any favours really.

Hicky. Pity your shorts were too tight. Did you exchange them for a larger size, or just got your money back?
Yes I suppose potato cakes and hash browns are popular for breakfast. Doesn't appeal to me though.
So the squirrel can't read the notice, but manages to avoid your spikes anyway?

Managed to watch the end of the Konta match when I got in. Really glad she got through to the semi-final, but can't see her getting far against Venus Williams.

emptybox

Evening Emptybox.

Had my hair cut, then for brekkie, tried, not tried, went to it in Hoylake but full of Mothers and babies, with little ones so walked out again as we felt out of place without a prem.

Went to one at a strawberry farm, a big place that has everything, had a nice brekkie and got some stuff from the farm shop, and awful lot of cars, bus's etc there so a lot of people around somewhere, it even has cooking lessons or something like that, lovely fresh bread, rolls, scones etc so we got some of them as well, the brekkie wasn't as cheap as some places but it was good.

Lots of sun today, 18c very little wind.

Hope the MOT isn't too expensive, or the work if it needs some.

40 minutes is a long way to work even to use their tools.

No Mandy coming in didn't do any favours for Charlotte, but she has got more of a voice now.

We got the money back for the shorts as O/H didn't trust the sizes to get more from them.

I have more shorts in a drawer which i got from Costco last year and never wore, they had detachable long trousers so you could wear in the winter i suppose.

Took the netting off the cherries as they are ripe enough, gave some that had been attacked by the blackbird to the blackbird, gave some to next door and put some in the fridge.

I enjoyed the Konta match, she needs a miracle.

Pity Murray injured, far too much to play really, nothing he could do.

Hope the van was problem free today, or if not, it was nothing too expensive.

Glad you got good weather yesterday, so you could get some jobs done.

Did you decide to tackle that long bike ride today? It would be quite hard work, not only cycling, but then doing physical garden work too. Hope your back held up ok if you did?

I expect you were disappointed about the tennis, what a shame he had this injury to contend with.

Yes indeed, Charlotte's time with her mum certainly did her no favours! It made Issy look good, but made Charlotte just look selfish and desperate to improve her own tactics in the game, as she was so keen to take in all the "advice" her mum was giving her. How sweet of Issy to step aside and give this to Charlotte though. Issy even said she thought she was likely to have to go soon. Hope she doesn't now.

Hicky

what a shame the shorts didn't fit, looks like it is best to stick to the costco ones as they suit you.

Good for you having a couple of brekkies out. The beauty of being retired is that you have plenty of time for brekkie now. Shame you felt out of place without a pram at the first place. At least the place you ended up in sounded nice, even though a bit more expensive.

That's nice you shared the cherries with your neighbour, the blackbird and your fridge.

What a clever squirrel managing to walk round the spikes and so avoid them.

Not a bad day here today, sun and cloud, but warm and not hot. Got the washing dry and a little sit outside with my mag inbetween jobs.

Looking forward to BB.

Will watch Joanna Lumley in India first, it was really good last week.

Goodnight both xxx

M

Hi both.
Nice day here, sunny and warm this afternoon.

Took my van down first thing and walked back.
Decided not to do my job as it would require too much cycling, but I cut my own hedge and watched the tennis.
Pity that Murray lost, but I'm only a fan of his when he wins. Think he's an annoying character when he loses.
So British hopes lie with Joanna Konta against Venus Williams?

Got the van back late afternoon. Not too bad, they needed to replace an anti roll bar link, and with the service it cost ÂĢ300.
I thought it would need brake work, but they gave the brakes a service, and said the discs should be OK for another year.
They did a big service and changed the fuel and air filters as well as the oil filter.
Didn't really want them to change the fuel filter, as they did that for the old van just before it started to go wrong and give error codes.
So I'm going to be paranoid for the next week or so, expecting problems.

Hicky. Glad you eventually found somewhere to have your brekkie after your haircut.
Good that they gave you a refund for the shorts.

Mollie. That's good that the weather allowed you to get your washing dry, and a little sit down on your swing chair.
Yes, I don't really want Isabelle to be evicted this week, which is a bit of a turn around, as I didn't like her at first.
Not bothered enough to vote for the others though (we were told the four that are up on BOTS).

Evening Both.

Not a bad day, plenty of cloud, some nice sun as well, 20c with slight wind.

Didn't do a lot, cut down all fruited raspberry canes, made a madras curry with half of the sauce i got from the farm shop yesterday, chopped up some flank for it, added a couple of onions, it was really lovely, have enough for a second meal, will fill a freezer tub and freeze it.

A pity Konta lost but she was well beaten.

Mollie, The Costco shorts seem to be more generous with the material.

The Barber had said that he heard this new place was ok for brekke, it was called 'Toast', good name eh, anyway it just seemed to be a mother & baby meeting place.

Didn't see Joanna must have been something on.

Emptybox, Glad the van didn't cost too much for the service, i suppose all filters should be changed really but changing some could introduce air etc and give problems.

I was a bit worried we wouldn't get a refund, mainly because they were in a sale.

I see they have introduced more changes to the evictions, with Chanelle, Simone, Isabelle and Sue up the first goes tonight which is the one with the most votes to evict, but so Sue & Simone don't both go they have added a twist and the HM's will have their say, so anyone could go Friday.

Got to do my shopping list now, a fellers work is never done.

Hicky

Emptybox

that's good you got a nice day, don't blame you deciding not to opt for the long bike ride to do a job, you don't want to overdo it and risk your back playing you up again.

I guess the van price was not too bad as it included a service, and lucky the brakes are ok for another year. But lets hope they have caused no damage this time by doing the fuel filter!

I agree, don't want to see Issy evicted, wish it was Chanelle, but can't see that happening. I am bored with her now and even though Sue/Simone can be annoying, at least they are more interesting than some of those boring fellas in the macho clique! So wish it was one of them up. Ridiculous how all the women turned on each other in that task and none of those boring fellas were even in the firing line.

Hicky

glad you had a nice day weather wise, and enjoyed your madras.

Although some places will only give you a credit note, I think you can often  get refunds for sales stuff if you have the receipt, so that is good you did.

This eviction stuff is a bit complicated this week! Must of been done for a reason? Maybe the producers just want to save Chanelle, as I think they like her? I don't now, too irritating.

Hope Issy is saved first, that would shock them as I think the other HM;s don't think she is popular.

Quite a warm day today. A bit too hot in the afternoon, but has cooled down now thankfully.

As it is college hols, me and daughter went food shopping, it takes so long to get all the food shopping for 6 of us and 2 pets for a week! So as it was college hols we got the boys to help, wish we hadn't bothered, they both hate it and just end up whinging. One even just sat in the car. Daughter said she'd prefer to do it on her own next time. One of the lads can just drive her there and the other put it all away when we get back.

I think my lads would prefer Hicky's write a list system for what they need. (which is usually just crisps and pizza!).

Got all my sheets dried nicely today.  Doggie also enjoyed her walk.

Time for a quick tidy before BB.

Enjoy the show. xxx

M

Hi folks.
Not too bad here, quite a lot of sun. But also times when it was cloudy and windy.
Got a couple of jobs done including a big hedge. Had to go back home twice with a van full of clippings.
The van is going well so far, and the brakes are working better than before.

Unfortunately I was having bad symptoms today for some reason, so had to keep breaking off from my work to dash to the toilet. Luckily there was a public one nearby. Better this evening.

Yes, a pity that Konta lost, but she couldn't compete with Venus Williams.
I think I'll be supporting Muguruza on Saturday, but I'll probably be working anyway, if it's dry.

That's good that you got the spent rasp canes cut down Hicky.
Yes, I suppose it's best that they got all the filters done this year, so next year's service should only be a minor one. As long as the van keeps driving well.

Hi Mollie. Glad you got all your washing dried, and enjoyed a dog walk.
And got your weekly shop with the 'help' of your lads.
I think the one with the most votes gets evicted in the early hours, and we find out about it on Tomorrow's show. Then the HMs decide on the second one to go, out of the two with the next highest votes. Confusing, as you say.

emptybox

Evening Both.

not bad today, 17c with sunny spells, 15 winds though.

Didn't do much, put my shopping away, got to show willing, had a double egg batch for brekkie, cut a cucumber for O/H, just had spicy chicken wings, got a piece of belly pork in the fridge uncovered to let it dry for 2 days, will cook Monday.

Uncovered the grape vine to route the growth along sideways as it wants to grow to 30ft i think, never seen growth like this, must be the plastic cover over it, but the watering system waters under the sheet.

Mollie, Chanelle is in the betting to win, don't know who went last night either, just hope it was Simone or Sue.

Issy is a strange girl, but i do like her.

Not a good idea taking lads shopping, all they think about is what they could be doing.

I started doing the shopping list for my weeks food because is was impossible for O/H to select food for me, i wouldn't like to do it for someone else either, this way i can't complain can i.

Emptybox, Hope you didn't have too far to go if you had to take the clipping home, don't you put them in their garden wheelie bin?

It would be awkward if you need the Loo and wasn't by any toilets, get one of the mens bottles, i keep a couple in the house as i used to take one out when i had less control of holding it back, they are only cheap and you could keep one in the van, they have a lid as well, similar to the ones in hospital.

I thought they need to change all the filters every year, could be wrong.

The 2nd eviction twist tonight seems to me to be done to save either Sue or Simone as everyone assumed those 2 would go, so if BB mess with the eviction it can only be to save 1 of those 2.

PS. just edited to say, the blackbirds seem to have finished all the red gooseberries, should have netted the bush, didn't think they would bother, they also finished the few chaerries i left on one tree to ripen.

that's good the weather was good enough for you to get a bit of work done.

Phheww, glad the van was ok today.

What a shame though that you had symptoms today, lucky the toilet was not too far away. Hicky's idea of having a bottle to hand is a good one, just in case.

Maybe the symptoms were due to the long walk when you took the van in and you didn't have chance to drink enough, or maybe a bit of stress wondering if the van will be ok?

But whatever caused it, (I know you can't always put your finger on what has caused it), I hope it has cleared up now.

Hicky

that's good the grape vine is doing so well. When do you reckon they will be ready to eat?

No you can't complain if your OH is getting you all you want on your list. Sounds like she makes a good job of it too.

Yes that's true, my lads' heads wanted to be anywhere other than the food shopping...eg lad 1 wanted to watch tennis and lad 2's head is always stuck in the latest game with his mates.

Gosh those cheeky blackbirds are certainly hungry, and after all the delicous produce of yours they can get hold of. Sounds like they are going to keep you busy with your netting.

This eviction process is real weird as someone has gone and we don't know who...plus they didn't give the public much time to vote.. did they even put the numbers up on last nights main show? I would like to see Chanelle go, but I am pretty sure it won't be her...., I think the producers might want Simone gone with no public there because of what we have heard about her past, so could be her? But of course it could be Sue gone?  Hopefully not Issy though...would prefer Sue to stay as I think even though annoying at times, she is interesting. Shame we keep the dead wood though...eg Tom, Keiron, Sam...

Busy this morning tidying up and taking dog out , washing etc, then dashed off to Cardiff on the train this afternoon with son and daughter to meet OH. Shopping at Primark first....son needed shorts, and we managed to get some with a nice big zip pocket for his phone...he likes to have his phone zipped up.  He found another Game of Thrones T shirt, and some invisible socks to go with the shorts. I got OH a nice T shirt too, and daughter got sun glasses.

We then had our tea at Nandos.
I had mixed grains with yogurt/advocoda sprinkle, beanie burger wrap with salad and mash.
The rest of the family had spicy chicken and spicy chips, PH had macho peas.

Looking forward to BB eviction show.

Have a good evening both xxx

M

Evening both.
Not bad day here again. A bit cooler than yesterday but plenty of sunshine.
Got a lot done, but unfortunately one customer wanted extra work done, which meant I spent 5 hours there, which I hadn't bargained for.
That means I've got more to do tomorrow, and unfortunately the forecast is for rain.
In that case I suppose they'll just have to wait till Monday.

A few small symptoms this afternoon, but nothing like yesterday.
I do keep a plastic bottle in the van, but it's not very discreet when you are parked outside a client's house.

Hicky. I don't think this customer has a garden bin, and anyway the clippings would have filled it five times over, so I had to bring them home and dump them over the bank at the back of my house (about 5 miles). I do charge a bit for that, but not as much as I should. But I had my lunch when I was home, and was able to watch a bit of tennis.
I guess it depends on your mileage as to when to change filters on the van. I get the oil and filter changed every year, but the fuel filter only every three years or so.

That's good that that your vine is growing well.
Pity the birds have polished off your special gooseberries though.
I've heard who has been evicted, but we'll see in a few minutes if it's correct. (it was)

Hi Mollie. I think the symptoms have been building up for a few days TBH. First I seem to get some digestive disturbance, and some difficulty getting back to sleep in the early hours, then I get the peeing symptoms and pain between pees.
That usually comes and goes for a few days, then hopefully I get a break of a few weeks before the next bout.

Busy day for you today. Sounds you all got some nice things at Primark.
When you say "invisible socks", do you mean little ankle socks that can't be seen over the shoes? I quite often wear those with my work boots when the weather is warm.
Nice meal at Nandos, but what are "macho peas"? Are they extra hard ones?

emptybox

Evening Both.

A mainly warm cloudy day, 21c though, winds increasing from 5 during the day.

Didn't do much with having F1 and Wimbledon to watch.

Glad those 2 terrors went last night, found it hard even watching them

I see isabelle has passed Chanelle now to wind the series, on the betting anyway.

My brekkie was just a bread roll filled with bacon and fried tomato, yummy, midday i had a bread roll with cucumber from the greenhouse, filled with shrimps, very tasty, tea was a home made curried chicken with veg rice.

Mollie, The grapes are very late in this country outside and there's only a few bunches this year but i have a lot of thinking to do over winter, all this new growth is interesting, but the best new growth is growing from the wrong place on the vine.

sounds like you had a good time in Cardiff, always nice to get food as well.

Emptybox, Can't you get in the back of the van if you needed to use a bottle?

Yes, if a customer wants more work it messes your plans up for the day.

I must admit, i forgot the blackbirds were after the gooseberries, i saw them running around but thought nothing of it, i thought they were waiting for me to put some on the floor for them, next time i look at the plant they had all gone.

I wonder if peace will reign over the house now the trouble has left.

glad you got better weather. a 5 hour job, that was a long one!  HOpe your back is ok and your symptoms have now gone. How strange you get symptoms and then they build up over time. Did the doc give any ideas how to handle this when you feel it coming on? eg take an extra tablet, or drink more? Or is it just something you can't prevent when it starts?  As you say, unfortunately it is not easy to resort to use of the bottle when you are at a client's house. You'll have to clock where all the local toilets are, eg is there a pub or cafe not far from clients houses that you could just buy a drink from, but use their facilities if necessary.

We had rain today, so I wonder if you did too, hope not as that would mean you've got behind work wise.

Yes you got it right about the "invisible" socks.

Macho peas are peas with added chilli, so too hot for me. but I reckon you and Hicky could manage macho peas.

HIcky

I see you had a nice variety of food again today. Sounds like you have had a tv full day though.

We went to Costco for lunch. I had jacket potato, beans and cheese. OH got a zip up top and we got son a nice wind/shower proof jacket. Both good quality for just over ÂĢ20. Quite a few enjoyable food samples too.

Glad you got nice weather, we got drizzly rain all day here.

Those crafy blackbirds had you well fooled then into just believing they were waitng for food on the floor, but at the same time, actually nicking it all off the plant! Never mind, you are now aware of their little trick!

I felt sorry for Simone last night. She is one messed up person, I found it very uncomfy seeing someone so upset in her interview. My guess is when she was in prison they gave her anger management coaching, and she was just to trying to use this technique eg grining or making light of your way through confrontation, which didn't work in the house, as the other HM's took immediate dislike to her and Sue. I don't even think she did much wrong in the house, Chanelle with all her warnings is far worse, and Chanelle tried so hard to isolate Simone and then wind her up to get her to lose her temper, which she didn't manage to do.

I wish Chanelle had gone and not Sue / I find Sue more interesting than Tom or Keiron, but of course those 2 are most likely to be in the final.

I heard it was going to be some stealing of the prize money, I bet that will not go down well with this group of HM's!

Enjoy the show. Don't like Saturday night tv, eg kids The Voice or the other singing show on bbc, good job we have BB to look forward to.

Goodnight both xxx

M

Evening both.
Raining today so no work done.
It stopped mid afternoon, but everything was soaking by then. Plus I was happily watching the tennis.
Really glad that Murguruza won, but wish it had been harder fought.

Symptoms again today. Seems to work like that, one bad day followed by a good day then another bad day.
The doctor doesn't know much about the condition Mollie, he just refers you to the consultant. And the consultant doesn't know much either.
I take an Ibuprofen when I feel peeing symptoms starting. It sometimes helps, but sometimes I have to take more over the course of a few hours before things ease.
Believe me I know where all the local toilets are, and which gardens have big bushes you can duck behind.

On the bread roll diet today I see Hicky? Enjoy the British Grand Prix this weekend.
Never thought of getting in the back of the van. Trouble is there's only a mesh grid between the back and front, so any passers by could see you through the windscreen. But anyway, the plastic bottle is always there in case of emergency.

Mollie. Not sure I'd like chilli peas? I'm not keen on very hot things.
Pity you had the rain as well, but glad you enjoyed your Costco lunch.
Yes, it should be interesting to see who goes for the prize money on BB.

Watching The Hunger Games.

Good Evening Both.

A mixed day here, cloud and sun with some wind, only 17c.

Didn't do much because of the F1 and Wimbledon again.

Pleased for Mercedes and Hamilton & Bottas.

Didn't have brekkie out as O/H couldn't find a key and work so had to go back in later.

Mollie, You did all right at Costco then, the food is cheap enough when you consider others prices.

Yes, amazing how clever birds can be really, they have more brains than we imagine.

Well i didn't feel sorry for Simone, she messed up her time in the house and that was down to her, don't know what she was thinking of, and teaming up with Sue was the worst thing she could have done.

It will be interesting to see what happens over money they have to decide on.

I watched the Kids Voice, such talent for that age.

Emptybox, Sorry to hear these symptoms come and go like this, it must be down to certain factors surely.

When are you getting the pain, trying to remember what you are taking the Ibuprofen for?

You could easy blacken out the mesh that is between the back and the cab then, opened up bin bags will do that easy, and the back windows should be blacked out as you shouldn't really let people see into the back of the van anyway.

Fresh bread rolls are so easy to fill with nice food, just love them, of course they should be fresh every day really but life isn't that easy so i usually get about 4 every few days.

Hicky

shame rain stopped you getting any jobs done, but at least you got to enjoy the tennis. Probably a good thing as you weren't tempted to go to work, a days rest was best with the symptoms returning again. As it is so unpredictable as to why and when it comes, sounds like that taking the pain relief is the best  you can do.

Hope you feel better today.

Hicky

Glad you enjoyed your sport tv today, pity you missed out on your brekkie out though.I am sure you will make up for that soon!

Yes I know what you mean about fresh bread rolls, they are do delicous!

I think poor Simone had no choice but to pair up with Sue as the rest of the HM's isolated her.

Just watched tonights episode and thought it a bit dull and uneventful. HOpe it gets more interesting when we get to the stealing money bit.

Been busy today, rained most of the morning again, but luckily it cleared up enough late this afternoon for me to take mum down the seafront for an ice cream and OH took dog round the park with us too. The carer I saw at lunchtime was working till 10pm! Such hard work as they often start early the next morning too. They look after mum so well, her nails are painted, and her hair piled in a bun with pink hair slides today and wearing her matching Bambi jacket I got her and scarf.

OH cheesed off as he said it rained nearly all weekend, then the forecast is sunny and warm for tomorrow when he is back at work! Typical.

Goodniight both xxx

M

Hi both.
A nice day here, sunny and quite warm.
cut my own grass and went to the supermarket. And managed to fit in the tennis as well. Not a particularly gripping final  though.

Hi Hicky. That was good that Hamilton won the GB F1 for the 5th time.
The pain I get is when the prostate clamps down on the water pipe, stopping the flow. It can build up to being very sore. The Ibuprofen is anti-inflammatory and seems to be able to calm it down. But I only take it when I need to, as it can be dangerous if you take it regularly.
The prescription med (Tamsulosin) is supposed to relax everything in that area, and make the flow easier. But that doesn't have an instant effect. It's more about keeping a certain level in your system.

I suppose I could put up a solid partition in the van, like the old van had. But TBH it's easier to leave it as is. I suppose people can see I've got a mower and strimmer and stuff in there, if they really look, but don't think it's too big a security risk. It doesn't have a back window, so they can only see in through the windscreen.

Hi Mollie. Pity you got more rain. But good it brightened up in the afternoon for a trip to seafront and park.
Haven't felt all that good today. Not the peeing symptoms today, but more the digestive disturbance, and my stomach was a bit upset. Better this evening though. All part of the same thing; in fact those are the symptoms I first went to the doctor with 3 years ago.
Hope I'm OK for the week ahead, as I've got a lot to get through.

So we learned today that the next Doctor Who is going to be a woman.

Evening Both.

Not bad today, for a Monday it is a good start, 18c and lots of sun, light 9 winds.

Didn't do a lot, cut 2 cucumbers for O/H's sister as she was going there to pick her mother up, also gave one to my neighbour, she must think she lives next to a market garden.

had to get in touch with hmrc, what a night mare, looked through dozens of pages on many sites but no luck, even when i logged into a couple i couldn't find what i wanted, rang them in the end, oh dear, what a problem, got a human in the end, she said, you shouldn't have got a text message saying you hadn't paid your January payment and don't forget the July one, but i am ÂĢ1,760 in credit. You couldn't make it up could you, when i got a human i told her the problem, oh, i see, yes you are in credit but it hasn't been used to pay the tax bill, i said i had been trying to find a place on the web where i could see what i owed, she said she will send me a statement and i will be able to pay future bills using paye, i said but i'm retired, anyway, she said she would try and arrange it so i don't have to use a standing order any more, she took my number and said they will contact me within 10 days using a password we set up to let me know what was happening.

I used the remains of a chicken to make a curry, added onions and potatoes, very nice.

Got the Chiropodist in the morning as well.

Mollie,  One thing i loved about staying in hotels when i was working abroad, the fresh rolls every morning, except Sunday.

I recorded last night BB because Love Island was on.

Yes, looking forward to the tasks or whatever this week, money will cause massive problems.

At least you got to the seafront for an ice cream.

Just your luck, it rains all weekend then turns nice when O/H goes back to work, sods law.

Emptybox, I think i started with similar symptoms, it went worse at night, but after the Hip Op it just packed up altogether, that was it, so i ended up with 2 problems, with having so many cysts in the bladder it would block up when i used a catheter, there was no way a catheter would ever work as the size of the waterway is minute about the diameter of a pin.

Something you eat or drink must be bringing the symptoms on, pity you can't find what it is.

I saw that about Dr Who, not a fan anyway,

Hicky
