Hope you enjoyed brekkie. I enjoyed my cheese and tomatoes on toast.

BB...I hope they do get some sort of furntiture. yes, i bet you are right, and they have to earn it somehow. Davina is going on Chris Moyles show on Thursday morning he said today. And she is doing BBBM after the BB launch show. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Hi Mollie.Wave

Didn't have a lot for brekki, just 1 saus, 1 black pud beans and 2 toast, cutbacks.Big Grin

Careful on the cheese, it usually has a very high fat content, I just have cheese about twice a week.

BBBm will only be on once a week, I never found it interesting anyway, and the presenters where awful, more interested in being clever than presenting a show, they just presented themselves.

that was a bit of a cut down in your brekkie today. Hope you arent too hungry this afternoon.

The cheese i have is the plastic cheese, not very healthy I know, but at least I know it is only 60 calories a slice, so I have it instead of butter.

I dont like BBBM either, but found it interesting that this year they are using Davina for it. Perhaps they are cutting back on salaries for other presenters?

Well seeing that BBBM is only on once a week it won't make any difference to me.
BBLB isn't too bad.

Not sure what you mean by plastic cheese, do you mean the processed slices?
I love them , but it comes in the list of processed foods and is frowned on but the health people.

I hate that processed cheese, I call it fake cheese lol.
If you mean the Dutch cheese...isn't it more rubbery than plastic?
Hick you have breakfast like a king every day, you make me jealous. Big Grin

Hi Kev.Wave

I try to change what I have from day to day for Brekkie, I know you shouldn't eat the same each day because that is bad for you really.

It's easier at home because I make it myself but at work i'm restricted.

I love to keep some boiled spuds back for the day before if we had them, ot just boil a few to fry with some sliced mushroom, chopped up bacon, and a couple of fried eggs.
Of course I do the bacon first, then add the mushrooms, then add the potatoes sliced to 8mm then move the food to one side of the pan and add the 2 eggs, I break the yokes and give them a quick stir, then turn the eggs over and serve.
Yummy Yummy.

How's the revision going isn't the exam soon ?
Daughter had hers today and has got 2 tomorrow. She doesn't think she's done very well so I guess Uni won't be an option this year again. I still think she should look for an apprenticeship but she isn't listening. Typical teenager really Laugh

I had my exam today Smiler, it was ok better than what I was expecting, just glad one is out of the way lol. She won't know until she opens her results she might be surprised Nod. Has she got a job then as I think to do an Apprenticeship you have to have a job or something?. Good luck to her Thumbs Up.

I knew it was soon but not that soon. Sorry I didn't wish you luck Frowner I am glad it went well though and am sure you've done brilliantly with all that studying you do Hug

The only job daughter has is a saturday job at Tesco's was hoping she would try an apprenticeship in something she would enjoy like nursery nursing or I don't know something that can be built on. Does any of this make sense? My brain is definitely not functioning properly today Laugh

Good evening all wavey
what another hot day it ended up being.

Hicky.. yes the plastic cheese I meant was the processed cheese slices. If I have cheddar for brekkie, I get too tempted to nibble extra bits. Big Grin Have you been in the garden tonight after work?

wavey Kingkev
Sounds like you have a lovely clean house now after your busy day.

wavey Suzy... how was work today? have you caught up after your hols. Hope your daughters exams go well.

wavey Mike
hope you enjoy your visit to the cinema, and the hot dog tommmorrow. Smiler

Darloyboy.. glad the exam was better than you thought it might be.

Hicky... I am watching a very interesting programme about Sainsburys on C4. Are you and your OH watching it? Worth watching it on C4 plus 1, if you missed it.

Yes it makes sense, you want something for her to go back on if she decides at one stage what she is doing doesn't suit her or she's not happy.

Absolutely also to me what better way to learn a trade, earn as you learn. I think my daughter is a lazy academic if you know what I mean. She's clever but can't be bothered to put in the effort to get good marks. Shame really because she'll realise that when it's way too late like her mother Frowner

Hiya Mollie Hug

Work was hot and boring believe it or not. I have been put to one side and am missing what I usually do. Can't complain though as there are some things that will be happening soon which will be really cool to be part of Big Grin I think I've just about found all my tools now and the orders are getting out the door now Laugh
I hope the exams are going alot better than the impression she is giving otherwise I will not be very happy Crying

Hi Mollie.Wave

I do my nightly stint in the garden, have to water the plants when the Sun has cooled down.

I am recording that Sainsburys program, told my O/H but don't know if she watched it.

I thought you might of been busy watering, with it being so dry. The Sainburys show is a weekly series, I found the first one good.

Goodnight to Suzy and Mike. wavey

Oh, didn't realise it was a series, although the Sky box asked me if I wanted to record the series or just the one, so I said just one, for now.

My new Sky HD remote control arrived today, the Transmitter/receiver delevery vehicle came and noone was in so they should try and deliver again tomorrow.
I've got a cupboard coming to put my printer on the I can put the TV at the side of my desk and set it up to get the Sky from down stairs.
Was hoping to get it sorted for the kick off on Thursday.

Do the plants burn if you water them in the day, I think I heard that, maybe they were only talking about grass. Confused Or is it something to do with their photosynthesis cycle.

Hey Mollie it's my second week off too. My boss is in Greece, I bet it's better weather here. Laugh

Hi Kev.Wave
You never water plants with the Sun blazing down on them, firstly the water will evaporate very quick because the soil/compost is so hot that it won't soak in and will be lost.
And the water on the leaves of the plant will probably almost boil with the heat of the Sun so that won't be good for them.
Hicky
Evening. Smiler

It was a cooler day here, but still nice. I cut a couple of hedges plus mowing and some other stuff.

Glad your exam went well darloboy. Smiler
