Hope everyone's having a good day.
I finally got up.
Just had some porridge for brekkie and suprisingly my legs don't feel like they're about to drop off. Must have retained some of my fitness, or the beer gave me strength.
It was hard getting to sleep last night though, I had all my windows open fully cos my legs were burning from the excersise.
It's very hot today, think I'll go the pub later and enjoy the beer garden.

Well I gave up a month ago on the 25th April.
I woke up on the Saturday morning and said to myself, that's it no more cigs, I used to roll my own.

I didn't take anything for it, it was hard for a couple of days because I didn't know what to do with the extra time I had when I would have been having a smoke.

I am nibbling more at night, with having nothing to do with my hands, and I need to put something in my mouth.

I didn't tell anyone at home, I just let them find out for themselves.

Good luck and we'll give you loads of support.
After the first 3 or 4 days it'll be so much easier.
Stay away from junk food though, get loads of fruit cos you'll feel like munching on something constantly.
You'll have loads of energy if your like me, I couldn't sit down for more than 5 minutes at work. Which meant I could finish early.

Yes Britains got Talent, does seem to of gone by very quickly, think it is a bit unfair on those on tonight, having to compete in semi-finals one night, then the finals the night after.
