Oooo that doesn't sound good, I do try to get the same amount of food each day as it's play havock with the metabolism I really do need to start to eat breakfast though something I haven't done since I was 17

Yes I have heard brekkie is supposed to be important to get the metabolism going, and so start burning off calories.

Yes, I'm working tomorrow as well, I assume so, they didn't say I wasn't anyway.

They wouldn't say anything even if I wasn't supposed to.

I had a little too much Brekkie this morning, didn't realise that I had taken so much, had a bit of a struggle to get through it all, left a few beans in the end.
I had 1 sausage, black pudding, fried egg, bacon on toast, cheese on toast, and beans on toast.
And I had Nut Crunch at 12.00 with a pint of milk, lovely.

oh yes, you are probably right, I only had a coffe whilst out yesterday , and did loads of walking.

It was dry here all day. Cloudy in the morning, but some strong sunshine this afternoon.
I got a lot of work done, but I bent the blades of my mower on a large stone that was hiding in the grass.
I'll have to straighten them before I go out tomorrow. It doesn't take long using a heavy vice.

I watched BGT.
I was expecting great things from the girlband, but they just weren't that good.
Should have been allowed to finish though.

Why are they rushing the show through in one week? It doesn't make sense. They had weeks of auditions, then the actual competition with the good acts is rushed through. Daft.

The visitors were fine, they where after seeing if the company could do some more contract work for them for the airport baggage conveying systems they do, and it's just up our street as we do automated systems all the time.

Dont't forget that on E4 at 10pm tonight it's the Big Brother Big Quiz.
