Thanks , he didn't react in a good way but the worst was Rodellega the Wigan striker when he nearly headbutted the ref as he was angry with Vidic . Arsenal next week at OT so i'm sure Fergie is thinking up new tactics.

Should be a good match, Arsenal are on good form.
United need their midfield to be good to handle them. Maybe Giggs will get a start.

Kev the match has come at the right time . United do have the weakest midfield though out of the top 4 so they will need to be at their best but will be tough. Valencia and Nani have really impressed me tbh.

Suzie, hope you have had a chillaxing weekend (thanks Darlo for introducing me to that word).

Mollie sorry to hear about your toe, thats usually the kind of thing that happens to me!!

Back to doctors tomorrow, the antibiotics I was given have set off another, a lot more painful ear infection that has worked its way along my jaw and into a tooth that really needs sorting out. Haven't slept properly since Friday and feel rough.

Could have gone to my out of hours GP, but I prefer to see a GP from my own practice as they have a better idea of my medical history. Dosed up on ibuprofen now and at least it's a little more comfortable.

Last night I put a hot water bottle to my ear to get some comfort, my nan used to do that to me when I was little and it was almost as if I heard her saying it to me, I did it and it did make it more comfortable. But must go and get something to sort it out, yet more antibiotics I suppose!

Have just started new Maeve Binchy book called "Heart and Soul", brilliant and will be reviewing it soon on my blog page.

I will put my review of the new Wendy Holden novel on my blog page in the next couple of day, wrote a lot of nonsense on it on Friday night/Saturday morning because I felt so ill, but strangely it helped.

Pinkbabe, thanks for the advice. I'm so sorry you're in bad pain. I used to get bad ear infections as a child and my nan would warm a cloth on the fire and then hold it to my ear.

yes, I have been chillaxing most of the day, but I have no choice because I can't wear my shoes without my toe hurting now. Still I don't think it is quite as painfull for so often as it was now.

So sorry to hear you have felt so poorly this weekend. Sometimes one dose of antibiotics don't do the trick, so hopefully a second dose will sort you out. I hope so. xx I hope your tooth sorts itself out too. Hopefully when your ear clears with the meds, the tooth will ease too.
Is Maeve Binchy the Irish author? I know the name, but can't remember if I have read any of her books.

Just popped in to thanks for all the kind comments and to say that it is slightly easier at the moment so hope to go to bed soon to be up early to phone the doctors.

I'm hoping they tell me just to make my way straight up there and wait for a doctor to see me, and hopefully sort it out.

My docs are usually quite good with things like ear infections, and hope that leaving it hasn't made it too serious as I can't hear anything at all out of my left ear now.

Oh well, could be a lot worse, and I shouldn't complain, but earache is such a awful pain, I could tell any secrets when I have earache!!

I'll let you all know how it goes

The date was great.
Watched Dance Flick which surprised me cos it was so funny. I recommend going to watch it.
After we had a drive around for a bit then decided to walk around the local park. Was actually dead romantic lol but shame it had rained today cos it was a struggle to find somewhere to sit.
I was a true gent btw.

Toe is a lot better today thanks, because bleeding seems to of stopped at last but I still cant walk far on it. Bang goes my quota of exercise for this week, so hope I dont put too much weight on.

Aaawww, yes you will always be her mom, and needed in some way or another.

Yes at least you can catch up with most of BB here with what Hicky says, or what we talk about here.
